I had such a great experience with AdamsBlinds.It was very easy to arrange a visit for someone to come and measure up the window and there were lots of choices of fabrics and colours.Harvey came a few weeks later and fitted the blinds in 10 minutes!Overall a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The bespoke blackout blinds from AdamsBlinds for our flat are fantastic - two roller blinds and double mechanism venetian blinds. We’re so thrilled with our new blinds, and grateful for Harvey’s advice and expertise. We wanted as much blackout coverage as we could get without the expense or clutter of side channels. We opted for the Bella Indigo fabric, a fabric-covered bottom bracket, and extra-wide blinds (one blind per two windows).

Very happy with all the blinds we ordered from Adam’s Blinds (blackout blinds for several large windows and bay windows), all excellent quality and the service has been really excellent from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable fitter too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with AdamsBlinds. Prompt response to my enquiry and fantastic customer service. Harvey came to fit the blinds and was so polite and courteous, also arriving well within the time slot provided. This meant minimum disruption to my day, which I greatly appreciated. Adam’s Blinds have been outstanding, they are super efficient and professional. Their representative and fitter Harvey has done an amazing job. He is clearly very experienced and gave me excellent advice and guidance from the initial measurements being taken through to installation. I am extremely happy with his work and the service I have received from Adam’s Blinds. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new blinds!

The initial cartridge blind I had fitted was fine and I accepted it as I thought the product and fitting was good. However the blind became misaligned and crumpled within 24 hours. They immediately agreed to replace it which was excellent. The new blind was better but developed similar issues. I agreed a 25% discount. Given the blind cost £1800, the discount was at the time satisfactory. The blind has continued to shift and has become more misaligned. They have suggested they could send a fitter but that this would require me to forfeit the 25% discount. I suppose this could be seen as reasonable. I have decided to accept it as is. For the money, even with the discount, I do not consider it a high quality product. For such a high cost I was expecting close to perfection. They have communicated well, albeit it a slightly condescending manner at times. The product simply isn’t worth the money imo. I am sure they have other products which are great but the one I purchased is not really fit for purpose.

Really great service. Very well priced. I was particularly impressed when we had a minor issue a couple of weeks after installation the team were highly responsive, came straight back and even sorted it out for free :) when I think it was reasonable for them to give us an extra charge… I can highly recommend
