The men turned up on the arranged date, all safety precautions were put in place and the work was carried our efficiently, all cleared up afterwards and they willingly included a little bit of extra work without additional charge as it was possible to do so in the allotted days. Excellent service all round. Edward did a very skilful job of reshaping my much-loved but overgrown Olive tree. Prompt, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Suzie in the office was very helpful and efficient too. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services to others.

Professional, thorough, good value. Helpful advise on timing of surgery to avoid damage. The team are always very helpful and friendly, and they clear up every scrap of debris. I wouldn't use any other tree surgeon in the Cambridge area.

These amazingly kind and wonderful people came out at really short notice to rescue our cat from a very high tree in the neighbourhood and brought a really stressful and unpleasant 24 hours to an end as a result!! It was extremely easy to get hold of them, and they were really flexible (and compassionate!) about coming out and getting the job done with no fuss and no exorbitant fee. I would highly recommend them as a result - they are a small, extremely professional company and we'll definitely use them in the future if we need tree surgery of any kind!

Very happy with work done. All done on time and to a very high standard. They left every thing clean and tidy so much so you would not think we had any work done. Not sure of the lads names that done the work but they where very friendly and a credit to the company. Would use again and highly recommended to any one that wants any tree work done.

Needed a tree surgeon. So Google a search for surgeons near me. Richardsons came up.. They have done several jobs for me very professionally done. Neat and tidy.. Ed and Suzie have a great team. Price very competitive. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you all
