If you want to try Beef Wellington in London, this is a must go place! The origin Bread Street! The Beef Wellington, the puff pastry is crispy, inside the beef is just set, juicy and tender with a little taste of the mushroom. Also the salad is good too!Just a bit noisy the day I go, but as a whole recommended!

I love this place, I'm only sad that I didn't order something more adventurous. This restaurant has lovely high end decor with top service and food to match. The menu had a great variety of cuisines. So it took a while to decide, I ended up with a burger to keep it simple, and while it was delicious!... I wish I went for the curries or fish. The service was fantastic from the moment we walked in, very attentive, attention to detail and accommodating.I will most certainly be returning in the future, but bear in mind this is a little pricey.

Looking for breakfast around St Paul’s and we stumbled across Bread Street Kitchen, we had no idea that it was a Gordon Ramsey joint! The decor was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was spectacular, the English Muffins were fresh, light and crispy. The Eggs Royale were by far the best I’ve ever had.The menu was strange, I found it weird that you HAD to have two course on the brunch menu. And the only choice of second courses was dessert, which felt strange at 10:30AM. Although once the Tropical Fruit Sundae arrived all my issues with this menu disappeared. It was sensational. It was obviously expensive, but by the time we sat down and realised it was a Gordon Ramsey restaurant there was no turning back. A great experience nonetheless.

The place is great. Service and atmosphere is great. The food is great, but you will need to spend a little bit more.I visited during the week day for lunch. The place was quite and nice.I would recommend for a nice lunch. They have Apollo spacecraft command module. And you can actually dine inside it.I would like to take my kids.

Visited on a Sunday and had the roast pork dinner. It was really beautiful, no complaints. My mum had the sea bream , which could have done with some potatoes with but she enjoyed it. My daughter had Mac n cheese which she also enjoyed. Chocolate fondant for dessert which was just perfect. The negatives were that when making the booking, the restaurant was informed it was my daughters birthday but when she received her brownie (which was just a whack of cold brownie) there was no effort made to make her day special. Also felt our waiter was looking down his nose at us, with my daughter commenting that she seen him look me up and down when I stood to use the bathroom.Overall, food was good. Effort from the floor staff let it down.

A superb evening at Bread Street Kitchen from start to finish. As someone who lives in London and eats out often, I rarely go out of my way to leave a review. However, the food, ambiance and staff at Bread Street Kitchen and Bar were beyond excellent. As soon as my friend and I entered the restaurant, a friendly, smiley gentleman named Rafael, (who said he was the Guest Relations Manager) welcomed us, effortlessly making conversation - a thoughtful touch was that he offered us the choice of two tables, either by the window or more a central seating area.We chose to sit by the window where Rafael attentively asked if he could get us any drinks.Once drinks were ordered, a lovely waitress whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, greeted us and asked if there were any dietary requirements - she helped me navigate through the menu as I mentioned that I was vegetarian. From what started as a standard 1 course meal with a friend, ended in a 3 course feast. The fresh menu selection, coupled with the wonderful waitresses great recommendations, led to my friend and I having a table full of food, which did not disappoint. And lastly, Rafael, who initially welcomed us, personally delivered our desserts.A superb evening. A restaurant that has a family feel, yet with top class food and a great atmosphere.I will definitely be eating here again.

The Beef Wellington is one of the most famous dishes so my sister and I chose this restaurant for her first dinner during her visit to London, and I wished it would be good start for her journey. We ordered some starters and the Beef Wellington. We were told that we might need to wait up to 45 minutes for the beef, and we thought it’s okay because we believe good chefs need time to make good dishes. We waited for more than an hour and the beef still hadn’t arrived, even though the customers arrived and ordered after us were already enjoying (if they really enjoyed) their Beef Wellington. We asked one of the staff members and we were told that our beef wasn’t perfect so it was put it back to oven and we might need to wait for few more minutes. Few (actually 20) minutes later, the famous Beef Wellington, the dish that we looked forward for a long time, finally arrived, almost one and half hours after placing the order. We hoped it was worth the wait, but the dish proved that it wasn’t. The beef was overcooked and I felt like chewing beef jerky. It’s not a Beef Wellington supposed to be and the restaurant should rename the dish to Beef Well-done. I really feel shameful for recommending this restaurant to my sister because I tried some good Beef Wellington in other restaurants. We were very disappointed and later she told me this meal was the worst meal during this trip.If you are looking for some good Beef Wellington and service, avoid this restaurant , unless you want to pay over £100 for being ignored and chewing beef jerky.

Alice and the team were wonderful. Such warm, friendly, knowledgeable service. Really took care over everything and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The food in the 'Street Pod' was beautiful. A very nicely done tasting menu with more than enough to satisfy two adults. Highly, highly recommend.

The beef wellington was probably one of the best things I've ever eaten. Beautiful savoury flavour and the steak was cooked perfectly. The staff were attentive and very efficient.Stunning decor and a very chilled atmosphere.Only gripe is our table was very wobbly and meant leaning on it would cause your drink to spill. Still I would recommend trying the Welly!

This was our first time in London and it was our last night there. I’ve always been a fan of Gordon Ramsay and watched his shows (Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares). I’ve always wanted to try Beef Wellington, so I found this place that had a casual dress code since we were going after a football game. The service was amazing, they were very friendly and tentative to our needs. The food and drinks were great. Everything down to the French fries had great flavor and done to perfection.
