downloaded a deed of assignment based on the description of the doc but after downloading (even thoug it was cheep) i noticed a number of issues with it . ie doesnt have a cover page - it shows the benificial interest for the assignor but not the assignee or a split in words and numbers .i had to heavily reqord a number of areas to accomodate a husban and wife having a benificial split of interest in the property where one person is th sole owner - this is how it was explained in the ad but not what i downloaded

I would advise any business looking for a hire agreement engage with the Legal Stop. Agreements in my experience are fit for purpose and follow up support has been excellent.
