I reached out to Derek to help with anxiety. Certain situations my anxiety would be a 7/10 with 10 being most severe. I find myself a 2/10 sometimes 3/10 but nothing more. Derek is a true master at what he does. From my visits to Derek I am now able to make the right choices. I am now questioning myself, am I actually hungry? How will I feel if I eat that chocolate bar? How will I feel if I don’t? I am now aware of portion sizes.I am forward planning with meals so I’m not setting myself up to fail. Derek has helped me massively! I’ve suffered for so long with anxiety and he’s some how managed to get rid of it all.
