Scarsdale Vets - Alfreton

The Best Vet visit ever!The Staff were brilliant with both of my Dogs.They turned what could be a Negative experience into a Positive one.First Consultation is Free, and after seeing to both Dogs for an Hour each, I left with No Bill to pay.Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the Alfreton branch of Scarsdale Vets. All the staff we have met on our visits there have been so kind and friendly and above all have treated my very nervous dog with respect and kindness, they seem to understand nervous dogs well and I feel they go out of their way to make sure he has a positive experience at the vets, even though he isn't an easy dog when it comes to vet care, and they gave him the extra consideration he really needs, something I don't feel is often the case elsewhere. I feel like they really know their stuff and I trust the information they give us. We haven't always had the best vet experiences to say the least and I never leave my dog with anyone so was so nervous today when he had to go in for xrays but I really felt I could trust the team to look after him and do right by him which is unusual as I really don't trust people to be kind to him or understand him. Thank you all so much for giving a nervous dog and nervous human such a positive experience today, you are all very much appreciated! We live quite a long drive from Alfreton but it is worth every minute- will happily recommend you to anyone.Hopefully he'll be back to his normal outdoorsy lifestyle and normal self soon thanks to all of you.

These guys was amazing when I went with my baby girl (cat) Ava as an emergency who sadly had to be put to sleep, they was so compassionate and didn’t rush me in my decision and helped Ava go peacefully I would recommend these vets to anybody asking, they gave me the peace of mind that I was doing the best thing for my pet and I felt reassured I did the right thing for herThankyou again guysDdenby(Fellas account)

It's a long way from my house in Derby. However, excellent service. Great vet with a lovely doggie manner. I had to go here to get my dog treated for a kennel cough vaccine as he could not have the traditional mouth drop.

Realy looked after our boy today for his operation. Usually go to Langley Mill practice but they are currently closed due to flooding.Regardless of which practice we visit, always feel assured our dog is well cared for and in good hands.

Had to go here because of the floods at my own vets in Langley mill , they were really nice and had plenty of car parking.

The best vets by far can't do enough for my dog who isn't an easy customer.Anna and her team are brilliant thanks.

First time going to this vets, with my chicken (Madge) who was very poorly. Absolutely lovely staff who were marvellous with her . She was so well looked after. Can’t thank Anna and all the staff enough, would highly recommend to anyone who loves their pets.

Happy I found a caring vet when I had a very poorly hen which I knew needed putting to sleep. Now I know where to go particularly with hens which other vets wouldn't see. Thank you for the lovely card and claw print too :)
