Avoid this place at all costs. I came in today and asked the guy working there about the place, he handed me a flyer without saying a word. I thought I can take it away but he snapped it right out of my hands and was upset because I was going to bend it! Very rude and condescending behaviour with horrible customer service. When I tried to give him feedback he became very defensive. I highly recommend you to avoid this place at all costs.

Very positive experience in this shop. My son is into all things Star Wars and the guy there pointed out all the toys they had that were Star Wars themed. We left with a very impressive lightsaber that lights up and records sound for £5. One very happy son. Thank you!

Popped in with our three-year-old during the Brighton Festival Parade and ended up staying for three-quarters of an hour. She always finds something unusual to amuse her and buy, and while she was browsing I discovered some really great grown up toys and models as well as some very affordable presents for older children. James, the shopkeeper, seemed to be absolutely in his element and was up for a great chat. The right person in the right job, I'd say.
