Unison are a sham. They're VERY good at talking the talk in order to convince you to part with your hard-earned cash, but when it comes to walking the walk, all those magical member benefits" disappear in a cloud of smoke. I've been denied "free legal advice" twice

Needed to call Unison Direct as a result of my Branch Rep being off on sick leave.It is a busy helpline however.Amazingly Lines open at 06.00am and are open until midnight.I found that I only 'queued' for a very short time when I rang early morningThe agent was friendly and extremely helpful. Within hours I had a Rep call me who told me he could meet with me this week.This is what a call great member support.Thankyou to Michelle at Unison Direct for your help.
