Terrific service. Quick, helpful staff. I ordered a beer on the app that wasn't in stock; the server brought over all the canned beer they had in stock so I could choose a replacement.

most staff are rude especially the managers, ran away with my ID after proving it was mine and i was of age, tried to embarrass me, kicked me outside, after finding it out it was a false accusation/ mistaken me for someone else, there was no compensation or apologies, the staff didn’t deal with this situation well either. Bouncers my favourite people there x

Ordered a pint of ale and was handed the most insipid looking drink. Clearly the stagnant beer left in the line which I refused. The boneless chicken was short of coleslaw and I was told that the chain no longer offers dressing with salad which is untrue. Feels badly run

Lovely food and good service. Although we did have to ask to have our plates to be removed. That said, we enjoyed our experience.

Nice easy going place. No car park. But side roads and car park by b&m close enough.As always when I go to Any weatherspoons I check out breakfast. Still say boldmere the winner as beans where cold. But still very yummy.Will say ladies facilities where amazing. High end.If you are a smoker you will love their out door area.Wheel chair access.And off course there amazing hot chocolate

A 3 star rating,cos no beer choice at all,in fact had 2 clips of Same Simkiss Honey beer on.enjoyed the Coffee instead.

Nice atmosphere and quick service. Black pudding burned...Last visit old black boned chicken wings over fried...Need improvement on food quality.
