Got the Netflix and chill box and we were very disappointed. The nachos is just doritos and the dips look like asdas ones. Pic n mix is 6 small sweets and a handful of tiny fizzy cola bottles. For the price it's just a bit disappointing. Found a small black hair in my ice cream too and considering I have long hair I doubt it's mine. The only decent thing was the slushies.

Ordered for the first time from here tonight. Customer service was absolutely fantastic. They had sadly run out of the cake that I had ordered online and when they called to apologise, they couldn't be more accommodating with a replacement. The cakes we received were absolutely delicious, as was the ice cream, caramel sauce and the cookie dough. Their pricing is fair for the portion sizes and the delivery time was exact. We will definitely order from here again and will reccommend. Keep up the good work guys x

Sadly my order was delivered with some items missing. When I phoned to point this out they insinuated I was a liar. Over priced and over rated. Staff extremely rude. Fortunately I tried them before I placed a big order for my grandsons birthday party in 2 weeks for 25 kids. Their rude attitude tells me us customers are not important to them.

Dropped into Shuga Shack tonight in the car - in an easy location to get to in Paidley and has good parking. Has a window for orders. Great service from some really nice folks and as before, the chocolate cake was just amazing - as was the ice-cream. Really well presented too. Happy.

Had the pancakes from here and mrs had the cookie dough, both were really good! Super generous with sauces and they pack the icecream seperate which was a nice touch i thought. Really nicely decorated too and the slushy wall is a must have! Will definitely be back!

We waited nearly 2 hours for cold cookie dough, cold churros, ice-cream like milk and a partially melted slush. On phoning to complain I was assured I would receive a full refund but it was through Uber. The next day I received £3.85 of my £23.28 order. So I again phoned & spoke with the manager to be told that I would receive the full amount by Monday. He told me how important good feedback was but we are now on Thursday and guess what? No refund! It was our first time trying their menu and sadly the last. Buyer beware!

The cookie dough and waffles are to die for, the milkshakes are delicious, best slushies I have ever tried and the cheesecake cups are a delicacy! Above all, the staff are so helpful. This place is a must try!

Fab, totally loved it. They do amazing milkshakes, very calorific but nice treat. Handy as you can get car washed at same time so had this while I was waiting as just next door.
