Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Southall

Avoid! Suppose to deliver my car at a certain time, no comms or calls recieved and phone wouldn't go through. Head office were just as useless. Won't be using this branch again

Disgraceful service, DO NOT USE!!!Booked a rental over the phone and was told I would get a call from the branch to arrange pick up but didn't receive this. On the morning of the rental, I was ringing them for 30mins and kept having the phone put down or it was ringing out. When I eventually got through, I was told they wouldn't be able to pick me up as I was outside of their catchment/insurance boundary and to try another branch. The other branch didn't open until later and I needed to be on the road for a very important meeting so this was not an option and why was I not told this very important information when I made the booking. There was no time for me to get public transport to make my own way to the branch at such a late stage so I was a no show" at my meeting. Reading the reviews online I personally feel that this branch is only concerned with offering first class service to clients who spend a substantial amount or a booking which is "worth" going that extra mile (pun intended)Don't offer the free pick up/drop off if you are not going to honour it and definitely don't give such a lame reason for declining the pick up.........My advice

Insurance company assigned wrong vehicle to us. After numerous calls they sorted it and Phil was kind enough to change the car, that too on a weekend, without a any hassle. All staff were greatQuick and easy to deal with.

The first time I’ve hired from enterprise was in the sep and the service was very good. I ordered through the app and collected the next day. The staff were very welcoming and happy to answer my never ending questions. Such a lovely team of Haris, Nathan, Filipe, Amee and Shayla. You made the process easy and straightforward. We had a terrible experience with south hall enterprise. My daughter left her phone in the car and we called immediately. The manager Paul said he checked the car but could not find it. The location of the phone indicates it was at south hall but the manager and staff didn’t do much about it. We requested them to speak with their staff and check the cameras, but all they said is we could come and look for ourselves. Very unhelpful staff and truly disappointed with the service.

I had a courtesy car, mini, from enterprise southall.The service from start to finish was excellent.I was dealt with Amy who was very thorough, courteous and professional.The team are very efficient, and how they deal with customers . Though they were very busy with customers, they dealt with them swiftly and professionally with no issues

Very helpful and nice customer service. Had an issue with message saying my van would be delivered elsewhere, spoke with the manager I believe on site and he was excellent, made sure to reassure me that my van would be arriving to their site for me to collect. Thanks all at the Southall branch for making the whole process easy and pleasant I will for sure be using them much more often and becoming a member.Kind RegardsK

Avoid at all costs! I was served by Thush and he did all the checks and sign off when I returned the car. At the time of return everything was fine and no further payments were required. Only to find out a few months later I’ve been slapped with a chipped windscreen cost of £195 and a flat tyre of £71. Clearly Thush couldn’t see any flat tyre when doing his checks but somehow charges me after. Absolute fraudulent and took money out of my account without even sending me any confirmation email or phone call. Please avoid using this rental service unless you want to be blamed and charged months after car is returned!

Rented a car for 3 days. Very happy with the service provided from Shaylee when picking up the vehicle. Upon return also very satisfied with the return process from shaylee again and Ammy, very friendly person who was happy to help me. This was my 2nd time renting from southall and I will be using them again in the future :)
