Quick, free and comprehensive eye test - the optometrist (Lucy) had a lovely manner, was efficient without making me feel rushed and was happy to answer any questions I had. Along with the usual vision checks, images of my retina were taken to check for concerns and I was grateful to be patiently walked through the images to see if there was anything wrong. Appreciate your service!

If you manage to find a pair of glasses you like in their limited collection you get great service and support. Staff is very helpful and does everything to make sure you get the best experience with the glasses. Extra kudos to Emma who is very patient and tries her best all questions you can throw at her.

Excellent service from a state of the art opticians. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and the facilities were fantastic. A calm and welcoming environment. After my eye test there was no pressure to pick a pair of glasses right there and then. My prescription was emailed over withing minutes. Highly recommended.

I knew I was in the right opticians for me the moment I walked in the door! I was greeted by two very friendly assistants who immediately made me feel at home. The eye test was thoroughly professional and detailed. There was a good choice of frames to choose from, and I got just the ones I liked. Excellent!

I have been wearing glasses for 20 years so I needed a new prescription and decided to go to Ace & Tate. I have to say that this has been one of the best experiences ever, considering I have tried many opticians along the years. Hannah explained everything very patiently and did a very in depth exam considering I have quite a complex eye history, so she made sure nothing was missed. When it came to choosing glasses, Yashmin assisted me and I have to say that her level of customer care is outstanding. She was incredibly patient considering I am quite picky and she recommended so many good choices. I would say the experience is personalised to your individual needs and the people there care a lot about the customers! This will definitely be my go to store for the next years - totally recommend. The team was super professional and the overall experience was relaxing and the quality of everything was incredible. Very pleased!

These guys are excellent. I made the switch from Specsavers as I wanted frames that Specsavers never have and Ace&Tate have and the eye test I took was excellent- thorough, quick and accomodating. Their customer service is excellent too. I recommend to all in need of a good optician- helps that the eye test is free as well!

I recently went for an appointment to select new glasses and sunglasses. The staff were wonderful and very patient with me. This was a most positive experience. My new frames are very stylish and fit perfectly. I highly recommend them. The best thing for me was the excellent service and attention to detail that I received. Thanks again.

Have been using Ace & Tate for over 3 years now. The staff are always so helpful and the glasses are great quality. Can't go anywhere else for my glasses because I just love their styles, colours and the options. Eye test are always quick and easy, never a faff.
