He said that the cars are throughly inspected by the AA, so are very reliable.Booked and appointment and was received by Scott.He showed us the vehicle and gave us detailed insight about the car we want to buy. He also gave us other options and gave us good comparison about different options available.Once we decided what car we want to buy, he introduced the financing options available and had helped us in securing a quick finance on the car. Just bought a car from the lot. The customer service was first class.Michael , did not not use pressure sales approach, he left me to look over and test drive the car myself with no sales pitching. He was very fair with the trade in offer and fully explained the process my new car will go through including the AA inspection, the service and the MOT. Michael kept me informed at every stage - brilliant service

Just returned home with an i10 from here. Brilliant experience from start to end. We wanted a no nonsense car experience as we aren’t fussy and just want something to get us from A to B. First saw a car online before visiting here. Mick was very accommodating, explaining how the car had been independently checked by AA. He also showed us a few others but was never pushy, similarly with extended warranty he showed us but never pushed. Really appreciated to simple, well explained, and respectable approach to their sales. Thoroughly recommend these guys

Wouldn’t bother, Just over 5 months (7,000 miles) and need new timing chain. Booked into garage to repair at my own cost who find further damage. Completely unhelpful, extremely rude and condescending. The AA car check isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

Went to view a car here last week. Made a 150mile round journey. Made an offer for the car and was told by the guy, Mick I think it was, that he would let me know. When we followed it up on the following day after not receiving a call he literally sold the car whilst my niece was on the phone without giving her even a chance to review her offer. Think the way this was handled was very unprofessional and cruel and an awful first experience for someone buying their first car.Wouldn’t recommend this company based on a personal experience. I had invested my time and arranged things around that day to be left with no follow up. He should at the very least called and said no to the offer.Anyway I’m glad now as if the offer was increased we would have possibly been tricked into a bidding war and if we had been successful I dread to think how things would have been if we needed something sorted later.Got similar car yesterday £2500 cheaper with only 20,000 miles more and one owner in pristine condition from another place.This is an honest review.

Bought a car from there about 8 months ago door lock not working on the key was OK with fob Scott said he would sort it then he was off work not very well I believe but true to is word when he came back to work he sorted it cheers scott

Saw a car on Auto trader, phoned up, spoke to Mick, very helpful and it was delivered over 200miles to our house on Thursday by the equally helpful Paul. Car is really good as described, thank you for the support and advice

Never bought a car online before and from start to finish it was a reassuring purchase. Mick was great at explaining everything and sent me details that I required with no pressure. He encouraged me to view all the photos and especially the online video demo. Paul delivered the car to my workplace, gave me instructions on various points such as the push button handbrake etc and gave me positive feedback about the drive up to me at Newcastle upon Tyne. He was very friendly and approachable. A totally contact free delivery and handover. Covid secure. The car is a smooth drive and exactly as Mick and Paul described. I had total confidence in everything Mick told me and pleased that the car is AA inspected, which is very thorough.
