Victorian Candy Palace

Overpriced! You can get much much much cheaper price in any of the supermarket! Most items did not have the price shown and they did not even provide the detailed receipt after payment until you ask for that. When you realise it is too pricy, and you can’t refund it. Not cool at all.

This place is full of nice and tasty but expensive American threats. Even more expensive, than in any airport in The UK.Located nearby the Buckingham Palace, and 300mts from Victoria. This store will fulfill any need for American sweets and chocolates. Most of the Candies and cereals does not have prices on. It seems like they put whatever price they come up. And that’s not cool.Great selection of famous cereals, candies and chocolates. Like Reese’s, Oreo, Pop Tarts and soda.

Literally this is a palace rather i would call it as a candy heaven...A must go place in London for sweet tooths, its a place were you can walk in and come put with a smile on your face. I bought a lot of exotic candies like fruit Roll ups, Nerds, Sour patch, jolly ranchers etc.

A pleasant candy shop with good ambience, especially the Mini Cooper parked inside is an iconic point to worth a snap. And the range of candy I have seen in the shop is really great which I have seen only in a candy store at Oxford Street. Above all the customer service which I had experienced was the top notch. I don’t mind even if they charge me more as their customer service was too good

Beware, this place is a tourist trap! I don't know where the good reviews come from. Some products have price labels, these are more or less ok. However, there are very similar products just next to them, with no labels, but nearly triple the price! There were some chocolate bars, labelled 0.99. Just next to them, there were very similar chocolate bars (same size, same brand, just different flavour) - when we paid for them, we found out they were triple the price! The store obviously deliberately hides price information or makes price information confusing. Make sure you check the price before you buy anything! The only reason why I give this place 2 starts instead of 1 is that when we realised how much we paid for some items we purchased, we were able to return the overpriced items. I almost felt sorry for the salesperson, because when I asked for a refund, I felt as if he knew exactly what was going on and didn't give me a hard time, but surely his employer had all this worked-out (even smooth returns to try to prevent reviews like this).

This is the one and only candy shop in that street which had a big collection of candies from whole over the world. It would be an amazing place to make your kids happy and I would give a special mention to the staff who were too kind and gentle.

This is a lovely store to visit in the heart of Victoria. There was lots of delicious candies to choose from. A vibrant and beautiful candy store to shop at with endless treats available. Great customer service with very friendly staff. Most definitely will shop here again my kids loved it.
