STAY AWAY!!! Terrible, terrible company. I placed my order and before I sent my payment customer service worked excellent. I needed some items that had to be preordered and communication was very fast and efficient. When delivery date passed no one was available to contact!!! I sent several emails, tried to call and nothing!!! I turned to my bank and disputed this transaction hoping to get a refund! Still waiting!!

I ordered products from this company over three weeks ago. Received a confirmation email saying my order is being processed - but then it also says that everything is on back order. I've attempted 11 phone calls and several emails but haven't had a single response when I've asked where the products are. On their site the only way to get a refund is to get a reference number from their company - but they don't correspond with any means of communication. Despicable behaviour from any company - Baking Deco is a disgrace.Any positive reviews on this site are over a year old

I ordered 2 items and they only sent one. Told me they would contact me and i have never heard back from them despite sending them emails requesting information or a refund. Terrible customer service will not use again. have not got my money back yet. Would not recommend.

0 communication I have purchased from this company with terrible communication. Still waiting for a response from them after several emails about my order which I paid for 2/8/2018. I have tried calling their customer service, which is not operating anymore , apparently their number does not exist. How can I get my money back. Iam still trying to get my money back. I wish I e read the reviews before I made the payment

I have also purchased from this company with terrible communication. Still waiting for a response from them after numerous emails about my order which I paid for. I have tried numerous times calling their customer service, never a answer on their side, apparently their number does not exist. How can I get my money back. Would like a full refund. PLEASE BE AWARE AND CAREFUL NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM CAUSE THEY SOUND LIJE A GHOST COMPANY.

i tried to use this company for the first time on the 09/04/2018 i placed an order paid my dues and still have not received my order they keep passing the buck to the delivery company. After this time with numerous contacts leave message phone live chat and still nothing. I have been toldthat my order has been cancelled and moneies will be put back into my account nothing has been done. I have purchased my goods from France know I will never never use this company be aware. i await to see if i get my money back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered £184.46 worth of products on 13th October 2019. Its mid April 2020 and have not received the items. Unfortunately this company do respond to emails or answer the phone. I've since contacted Trading Standards Agency and reported. This company does not honour your purchase and a refund is out of the question as you are unable to get in touch with anyone.

This was once a great company: fantastic range of products, prompt delivery and very competitive prices. The new owner appears to be using that reputation to defraud the public. Like so many others, I have not received the goods I paid for. No response to messages left on the website, no-one answers the phone - nothing. WHY is Google still headlining all the positive reviews from over a year ago? WHY is this company still being allowed to trade?

I have ordered a couple of months ago some products, and they never dispatched them, and also they are replying to the emails that I have wrote them. So it’s just a scam website.I am so disappointed that I have lost my money.But I hope that anyone else who was thinking to order from them to read the reviews, and to think twice, not to spend their money on this website that is looking only to steel your money.Have a great day!

I too am experiencing issues regarding receipt of goods, even though the products have been paid for. Emails and telephone calls are not working, now sent letter. My next step is Trading Standards.UPDATE - My Credit Card company has refunded all of my money. Even though the items were less than £100, you have 120 days from the date of purchase to claim a recharge. Not all Credit Card companies do this, so worth looking through the T&C's.
