Appalling, staff do not not seem to know what they are doing. The final straw came when Tom (Haze employee) refused to pay my son for work already done! He won't pay last weeks wages because my son is sick with glandular fever this week.He is very sick and the condition is contagious, Tom has stated if he does not go to work sick this week he will not get last weeks pay for the work done last week. Everyone expects to be paid for the work they have done don't they? Interestingly Tom has refused to put in writting the fact he won't pay.

The unprofessionalism is awful! I have to be on their case to get THEIR SIMPLE work done and had so many technical issues with the online portal that they keep telling me to take the same step to fix it (over an over again when it doesn’t work). They repeat the same thing every time and obviously can’t keep track on the situation of their employees. I was ready to work but had to keep pressing them to send me out to work and the manager’s response was that he’d been ‘busy’. Save yourself the hassle and stay clear!

I don't know who the manager is at Hay's Liverpool,but they need to get courses for their staff in customer serviceI applied for an I.T role, which was advertised on the website as perfect for somebody looking to start their career in I.T.I decided to ring one of the recruiters and from the get go, she was a waste of space..Her bio states that she Loves hearing and helping from all sorts of people

Wouldn't even bother with Hays, they have you signed up yet don't bother contacting you about jobs even tho you are experienced as. I would avoid especially ryan dickenson, if you check reviews of Hays in general you will see why so many negative reviews
