Awful customer service. Purchased a screen protector that was £20, within 2 weeks I had cracks all over the screen despite not dropping the phone. Went back to the shop to inform them of this, was fobbed off and told it’s a tempered glass screen protector, cracks can happen. What’s the point of selling £20 screen protectors then if they are going to crack within 2 weeks? No offer of a refund or replacement. Complete waste of money, have bought screen protectors from Amazon for a fiver that have done a far superior job. Don’t waste your money here, obviously selling low quality, cheap products and hiking up the prices.

I went today in order to buy a screen protector. Initially a good service. Then I realised that the reason why my phone wasn’t working in the first place (the screen was going crazy the last fee days) was not the screen protector but that the screen was probably faulty, so I was offered to replace the screen at a discount. The person in charge gave me several options including a discount to buy a phone. I would recommend going there.

Service isn’t good .. Friendly when you approach them to begin with but awful if you go back there to complain about a product.I bought a screen saver for my phone and it cracked the next day. Went back to complain and the person was most upset saying it wasn’t their fault.Anyway I got another screen protector exactly the same somewhere else half the price mobileblitz charges for it; also told them about it and the response I’ve got is that they can charge what they like!

Terrible service. Changed my screen it had a big white bright spot which when I went back he told me it would fade as it hasn’t! And the proximity sensor now doesn’t work and buttons are being pressed by my face. When I went back the guy told me that the other guy is the one who fits screens not him! Rubbish!

Hi, Today came to fix my iphone 6s+ , he fixed my phone quick like waved me. I was really shocked I thought it can't be fixed. He gave me a good price dramatically but after a long discussions. He told me his name is Mohammed but I found in the receipt Omer King anyways he's funny meantime. I would highly recommend to him to my family and friends."
