Isle of Flowers

I bought a bunch of flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday on Thursday 11th August, by Sunday morning they were dead. She kept them in water and in a cool room.£35 wasted and and partners mother not happy!!!

I've been coming in this flower shop from years for bouquet and arrangements for the hotel where m working and every single time i m satisfied with the flowers and happy with the lady's efforts for making marvelous bouquet and arrangements, she is amazing and efficient with what she doing, always listen up the client with her potential. Recommended and trusted flower shop in Victoria xx.

I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful service I have received on Sunday, 31Jul, at Victoria Branch. I was meeting my future sisters in law, and lovely Lina, created 2 beautiful bouquets for me. I couldn’t be more grateful for her attentive approach, sensitivity to my needs and very professional but friendly attitude. Lina is very talented and gives superb customer service, you are lucky to have her ! My sisters in law were thrilled and immediately displayed the flowers in their homes. Last night I met Cornelia in Victoria branch and she proved to be extremely polite and helpful with recommendations. I ended up in buying a hanging pot flower which now is standing as a little paradise on my front door. I recommend buying from Isle of Flowers.

Making our way back to Victoria Bus station following a wedding in Edinburgh. My bouquet was looking a little *sick* and was wilting having endured a flight without any water! I asked the lovely lady running this stall if she could spare some water and wow, what service I got!! And all free of charge too!! She took my bouquet, trimmed the stems and rewrapped it all. She then filled the vase she had made with water and then replaced it securely in the transportation box we already had! The customer service that I received was second to none and I wasn't even a paying customer! Highly reccomend this stall as the lady obviously has a real love for flowers and cares ❤️

Beautiful place that sells a great mix of plants in perfect condition. The staff are always smiling and give great advice. There are now 2 in Victoria Station, to me they are the most beautiful aspect of the building. I hope Isle Of Flowers continues to expand! I would love to see more varieties of house plants but there's already a great selection!

I never leave 1 star reviews but this experience was enough. The employee was a middle aged woman who was impatient and rude. She didn’t give me time to pick out the flowers for my gf and forced me to choose some random set because she frankly didn’t want to wait for the zero customers she had. She sneered at me, ignored me at times and charged me way more than the price tag (tag was £10 and I paid £18). If I could get a refund for this I would.Go to this branch if you’d like a depressed looking woman give you disgusted looks as you quietly pick out flowers.

I ordered sympathy flowers from Isle of Flowers. I was traveling from Ireland to a funeral in London. The order process was efficient and Anita in Victoria was very helpful. When I arrived at Victoria, the posy was ready and arranged beautifully. Will use again and recommend to others. Thanks

I bought an absolutely amazing last minute Bridal Bouquet for my soon to be wife from Corhelia. I was a typical man and didn't know what to buy. I ran in @5pm and she guided me through which bouquet would be best. She then dressed/arranged it, I picked it up an hour later on my way home with 3 matching button holes.Cannot recommend her enough!Thanks again :)
