Bought so many little trinkets and they’re wonderful. The quality for me has been fantastic, no tarnishing or breaking. I have Chanel earrings, a matching Dior bracelet and necklace(which I haven’t taken off since I’ve bought it! Wears well even after many baths), YSL earrings and a load of Cartier rings. I wear all with pride and have had no problem with any. Staff have always been so kind, patient and very helpful.

Middle aged owner is a tad pushy, sells you the display item and when you ask for a new one she says she just put it out. Not great quality at all.Wore mine for approx 1 month, didn't tarnish but when I went back as the hinge came lose I was told I had taken it off too many times (2 times max in 4 weeks) she said she would tighten for me and proceeded to badly scratch my bracelet. When I pointed this out she knew she had and said yes, I tightened it. When I said I wasn't happy with this, she threw my bracelet to the side and ordered me to take the same one from the display.Very aggressive stance that was unwarranted. Won't be going back!

This stall should be closed down immediately. The half owner (her words) is very aggressive and pushed my husband off the stool (he has a prosthetic leg) she refused to refund me for a imitation Van Cleef bracelet after having if for 3 weeks and said I had intentionally broken it. I spoke to the other 50% owner on the phone who was just as awful as her. They said they could only repair it which I agreed to as this woman was making a big scene telling me I'm loosing her custom. It was really embarrassing. I returned with my husband as a witness as I knew it wasn't going to be a straightforward exchange. When I left my bracelet with her I asked her to sign and write the collection date on it to prove I had left it with her, she snatched it out of my hand and signed it and said she wouldn’t do that until I said please which i did. When i went to collect it I couldn’t find it in my bag and I thought i would test her and mentioned this to which she said sorry i cant give you the bracelet back without the receipt luckily i did manage to find it. She said I threw the receipt at her and refused to give me my repaired bracelet. My husband stepped in and said give us the bracelet back and we will leave, part two of another show. She was asking us to leave her stall and threatening to call the security & staff which we said please do. Eventually 4 security turned up and she lied that we were trying to steal her jewellery. Even they couldn't resolve it. I am logging an official complaint with MK Centre and hope they will do something about this. As it looks like I'm not the only one who has PTSD from this woman. Apparently there head office is in Turkey so staff couldn’t get a reply from them to enquire about their non existent refund or exchange policy. I am suppose to return on the 6th November with security as arranged (by security not me) so im thinking they are well aware of this stall.

Don't buy from here expensive rubbish with no faulty policy

Got two nose rings one broke the same day total rubbish for £10 each. Avoid !
