I was treated by professional people during my stay, and the team led by Dr. Williams created the right environment to allow and make me feel relaxed. This was further supported by the medical support team, after my operation, in the common courtesy and respect given during my repricussion periodalongside being given extra equipment to aid my recovery athome.I totally recommend Blue Circle and Werndale group for your medical needs.

Excellent treatment at Werndale. Mr Rob Yate explained the procedure very clearly, did an excellent job and thoroughly went through the post op review. The post op physio by Dean Locking has been second to none, very happy with the progress. Dean is very professional, personable and a highly skilled physiotherapist.The reception staff are very friendly, polite and helpful and the nurses on the day of the op looked after me extremely well.The anaesthetist also deserves a special mention, very thorough and considerate. Didn't feel any pain post op, great job.

My experience at Werndale Hospital was fantastic. Having never been to a private hospital before it has truly opened my eyes with regards to how nicely I was treated. Had total hip replacement surgery yesterday under Mr Rhodri Williams and Team. The care I have received has been amazing. Review on behalf of my mother-in-law.She recently got treated for cataracts at this hospital. She's very happy with both the service and treatment received. Staff were very friendly and helpful and her vision's improved a lot.

I was treated as an important person and patient. Not just regarded as a number. Every care was taken to ensure my operation went smoothly. Extra care was taken to avoid any complications during and after the procedure. I was given all the information I needed with clear instruction on how to proceed. Just before my operation the surgeon and anaesthetist came to make sure I was happy and explained how the operation was going to proceed. The nursing care before and after the operation was second to none.

I would highly recommend Werndale for cataract surgery - not the cheapest but then you only have one pair of eyes so go for the best provider. The consultant and the staff were all very caring and professional and the experience was completely painless and I was amazed at how much my eyesight has improved. I went for bilateral (both eyes in one session) and the whole thing was very straightforward with the experienced Consultant and qualified nurses explaining everything that was being done. I was treated amazingly by everyone that I met from the healthcare assistant to the consultant. The consultant was amazing and reassured me all the way through my surgery and the theatre nurse was amazing too as she held my hand and reassured me too as I have claustrophobia and had to have my face covered and it was so reassuring having her there talking to me throughout the operation. I can not thank the staff enough and would definitely 100% recommend the hospital to anyone in a position to be able to pay for treatment
