Great for off peak times! Can get some great deals to bounce and play but avoid weekends If you don’t like busyness. Really modern and fun playcentre, my 4 year old loves it.

Nice place for a couple of hours fun for the kids. Normal foods and drinks are pretty reasonably priced…. Just beware of the slushy drinks prices……grandson went to get his self one. £4.95 …. Appalling!

Nice activity centre with decent sized soft play and jumping area. Great for kids

Don't bother booking a party here.We had a party here for our little boy and it would have been better if we'd just paid for everyone separately as the extras were none existent.'Party Host' - didn't say hello, barely made eye contact and didn't wish our son a happy birthday. She spent most of her time in the party room scrolling through her phone.'Socks for all party guests' - did not receive even when I asked and was told they would be brought over. Later told that you only get socks if you don't have any" ..... Really???Gate always left open - Why have wristbands and a locking security gate when it's left wide open? I know that is my responsibility to keep an eye on the kids but surely not having a gaping exit would make things less stressful

Spent two hours there will my boys during the school holidays. We only visited the softplay area.The facilities were good with many different aspects to keep them occupied. The food and drink we good and well priced.The facilities in the play area and eating area were clean. The toilets could have been better maintained.The boys were well entertained.

The kids do have plenty of fun here. The seating area isnt always the best. At busy times it can be quite messy. Majority of the time staff are lovely. When it's busy, it's BUSY. Definitely take that in to consideration because it can seem to get very crowded despite the size of the place.

Avoid peak time. I was here on Friday noon. First we were met by a long queue outside. When we got inside after 15 minutes of waiting, the staff ensured that we would be able to stay an extra 10 minutes (I paid for 2 hours).It turned out that the room was overcrowded and there were no seats. I will only add that at the entrance I had to pay an extra pound as a fee for monitoring adult capacity. After half an hour of standing, we managed to sit down. Before I ordered the food, someone from the staff approached me, asking to leave the playground. When I asked why, he explained that I had a green armband and it was my time to leave. I explained that I was here only half an hour and I paid for two. It turned out that we were handed the wrong color of the bands.I didn't get an apology. He just threw me a different color of bands on the table. After less than two hours after entering, I was asked to leave the building again (the staff did not grant us the promised 10 extra minutes).I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. For that reason it's only one star- for tasty food.

The fun part was ace, BUT and it's a big but, the girl on the doors wasnt bothered at all about them being open all the time which meant lots of parents constantly chasing after their children to bring them back in. Not safe at all if you have small children. She didnt even ask people to make sure doors were shut never mind get off her stool to close them. Too busy daydreaming. The cafe staff were great though too. Really hard working.

Not a bad place, but definitely let down by pricing and lack of parental supervision 5 kids.The price per session definitely is an issue here, as a child just over 1 is the same as a child of 9/10, yet they can't use all the equipment due to their age. A staggered pricing structure would definitely make things better.Another thing that lets this place down is the number of kids just being left unsupervised by parents, despite signs all over telling parents to supervise them. When you've got kids 7+ charging round the toddler area and throwing things at each other, it really doesn't feel like money well spent on a 1 year old to go in. During the quiet times it's not too bad, but when it's peak time, it'd be an idea for the owner/manager to have more staff in and actually enforce the rules
