Waited 2.5 hours for cold undercooked pasta to be delivered (we are 10 mins from the restaurant), and half the order is wrong/missing (sprite instead of a Diet Coke and a san peregrino, one chocolate donuts instead of two Biscoff, missing fries) and no phone number to contact. Incredibly disappointed, disgustingly poor service.

Wife ordered 2 small pots , 2 large pots & 4 garlic breads. Did not receive one of the large pots, when we called them, they suggested we contact just-eat for a refund instead of making any attempt to get the food to us. When we suggested that I would go pick it up the person on the phone agreed, upon arriving at the location, there is no facility to actually collect the food so it was a complete waste of time, no direct contact number so we couldn't even get in touch with them again as the just eat number no longer connected.Kids enjoyed their meal, wife did not and I'm sat here hangry.Would not recommend.

Possibly the worst store to ever order from. Waited an hour to then cancel my order but wouldnt cancel it and the just eat driver was told they “cant be bothered to make it”. They then sent the food, BUT it was clock cold. Like I’ve had to actually cook/reheat it again. Or should I say cook it for them. Wouldn’t recommend at all, this store is rubbish, if I could order from another I would.

it is so bad i wanna give you a zero but i can’t so i give you a One. ordered the spicy pollo pasta noodles were soft and there was no sauce on the bottom at all so it tasted like plain overcooked pasta. ordered the pasta with mozzarella garlic pizza bread and biscoff bombolini and 1. they didn’t give me the bread (which i paid £3.50 for) and 2. they gave me the chocolate bombolini instead. everything i ordered was on the delivery receipt so i don’t understand how they could mess up my order this badly.

Ordered 2 bowls of pasta (specified on the ubereats app that the pasta will be rigatoni), received macaroni. Can’t even call this pasta bcs otherwise my friends in italy would kill me. Order arrived cold, under seasoned and sauce was super watery (Bolognese and ragu shouldn’t be this way). Super unsatisfied. I think if there are so many 1 star reviews it should mean a red flag. Definitely not order again

After waiting and running 20meteres in dark and rain to get my order from the nice warm car through his window, Pasta was cold, few 0,5cm size ham and white cream for ( Ham&Pancetta ) was overpriced for 8,50£, fries (Formaggio&rosmary) was just plain oil flavour, not even salt. I bought 12 bimboloni party box, but all of them was dry and hard (2 days bread left outside of the bag)In my opinion for 3 people 43£ no taste, not fillfull enough, average look

I really enjoyed the food. It was a delicious Italian style pasta and salad. Packaged well. It also came with three pieces of complimentary chocolate which was a bonus. Would order again.
