The most amazing vets ever! From the receptionists to the incredible vets that see your pets, the journey we’ve had here recently has been flawless. So knowledgable , caring and genuinely care for you and your pets.My kitten has had some issues with his eyes since birth. Dr Ana has been there every step of the way and even completed the eye surgery that he ended up needing. She has gone above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped my rescue dog Nori get adjusted to her new home. She had a bacterial infection in her stomach when she arrived, which the vet diagnosed with a simple medication and when that didn't work, they ran tests which led us to the right medication! Huge relief.

I can not thanks vets for Pets enough, from the receptionist getting my cat an emergency app within the hour. To the vet and nurse for dealing with him, and him being tricky. Excellent care. Thank you

The vets and the receptionist are friendly, caring, compassionate and couldn’t fault anyone with what they do. We have been at bury st edmunds vets4pets for a while and very happy and would not go anywhere else. Two of the people who work at that practice are Melissa and Stephanie and we have been absolutely happy with everything they have done and they definitely need so much praise.

The staff here were phenomenal with my dog! She can be slightly reactive and really isn't a fan of strangers or being at the vets. But both the nurse and the vet understood her needs completely and let me stay with her and treated her with such care. I've been to a few other vet offices and have never been anywhere where she was accepted so easily. Additionally, they were clear with me and listened to my concerns and also worked around my schedule.

Anna was very understanding and knowledgeable about the situation. quick to recognise the symptoms and suggest solutions. the nurse was patient with us as she explained the required treatment. Anna phoned the next evening to monitor our progress with the medications. The reception staff made coffee for us while we had an extended wait for results. Excellent service, even if my bank balance has been severely depleted.

This is the best vet in the area for small pets! I called about my gerbil and spoke to a very lovely woman who related to having and loving tiny pets, she gave me some good advice and reassurance over the phone and booked me in with a vet for later that same day.I can't say enough good things about the vet, Melissa, who saw my gerbils. She was clearly very knowledgeable and I felt like my pets were in safe hands. She was very reassuring, kind and caring toward me when I was worried, and she took great care of my gerbils. Now my little boy is making a full recovery thanks to her treatment and advice! If you are looking for a vet who is knowledgeable in the treatment of small animals vets for pets, and specifically Melissa, are really great!

Reception staff usually very lovely and helpful although have seen a big turn around in staff in the years we have been going here, which speaks for itself.Vets started off ok for first couple of years with a fairly standard service that eventually turned into a rude, belittling service, quite literally arguing with me over the services they had provided previously. Always left in seating/waiting with a dog getting wound up, for lengths of time, because they are always running late. Charging us for things we had not asked for, or agreed to.We have now moved vets.

Extremely expensive and service unprofessional.Would not recommend to dog owners
