Lovely staff who helped me purchase what I needed also had a good laugh with the staff as they were so friendly.

Excellent larger store, aisles slightly wider which helps with traffic.Items had been moved around which is always a tad frustrating.Quick checkouts at this time of day but gets busy very often with not enough cashiers usually.

Decent priced products, always a bargain to be found.

Good selection of goods from groceries/pet food/ seasonal products/ gardening/ DIY ETC.Very competitive prices

There is so much to choose from all at decent prices, it make you want to buy so many items.

Great store always have what you want and great knowledge of products.

Good shopping experience but a mad shoplifter throwing plants about spoiled it a bit no fault of B& M .

A large b&m store and is always well stocked queuing can sometimes be a bit of a problem.Can be busy on some days

This is a great big shop with lots going on. The security guard Dale is good at his job. He once saved my scooter from thieves. The staff here seem happy to be doing what they do. Always helpful cheerful and kind. I bought my air fryer from here and it is great. This is a good place for bird feeders who are looking for good bird feed. Be it far balls suet balls, seeds or suet pellets. They have every conceivable bird food item going on in here. And what else about B&M stores more generally. This shop is a very good substitute for Wilko and people know it. It's a good store with a very good website to look at. If you're after something try here first. Then go look at other more expensive shops and see what they have. I'm reasonably confident it will cost less at B&M. And you'll return to get that item. I do it all the time.

Depends which B&M store you go to. This one at Hylton Retail Park is lovely to shop in. Great variety of stock and some surprising bargains, but watch some of their staple food stuffs, and laundry stuff like fabric conditioners, and some of their soap powders and liquid pods as I've found their prices on those have crept up and can are more expensive brand for brand than you can find elsewhere.Otherwise great stores, though have to say with all honesty if shopping after 8pm in South Shields B&Ms at times some staff really have attitude and a couldn't care less approach in my opinion, including one a couple of weeks ago who was moaning to another member of staff they couldn't understand why they stayed open so late into the evening, so shopping late at that particular store at those times isn't particularly pleasant.
