To anyone reading please avoid this company at all costs!Our items were originally stored with them in 2019 and we were told we would have a key to our items and be able to access them at any time. This year we requested the address to view our items and we found out that they had moved our times without our consent and were refusing us access. They also refused any other removal company to remove our items to a different location and said only they could do it.To remove our items they charged us a ridiculous quote of £2200 for a simple job. When the items arrived half were broken or damaged and not all the items were there. The company's customer service is horrendous and the business goes under several different names such as Kent Removals or Removals & Storage Solutions as well as We Care. It looks incredibly suspicious and this appears to be a fraudulent company. We have had no choice but to file a police complaint against this company. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM DEALING WITH THEM AND FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY.I wish I had read other reviews before contacting this company. They harrass and comment on peoples reviews to scare them into taking them down or change them. They stole £360 of my money and took advantage of me. I booked a removal service to take place on my final day at my studio and was not given any response through out the entire day as to when my belongings would be picked up. I should have suspected something was wrong when they asked for payment in full and called me repeatedly to get all the money upfront. Don't do it. You will not get the service you pay for. After no one got back to me all day and being made to wait till 10 o'clock at night with no movers showing up, I sent an email the next morning and was blamed for the movers not arriving. They tried to tell me that I was the one who cancelled the service over the phone with the movers. When I provided call logs to prove them wrong. There was no apology or admission of guilt. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The only person running customer service is Alice. She's purposefully vague and unhelpful and dodged my calls until I could contact them from a different phone. I am still trying to recoup my money and have reported them to the fraud department so no one else is hurt by them. Do yourself a favour and find someone else.For the same move and same amount of time, I'm now paying much less with a reputable company. Thank goodness for good people.

Simply the best.They came for an initial inspection a few weeks before my move and gave me a fixed price.On the day of the move they turned up at 7:15AM and did everything so quickly and professionally. They had a 2 bedroom, split-level, flat empty in about 2 hours!Their price is amazing and they are simply the best movers in town. From the first email to the last they were a pleasure to deal with. After they moved all my things I couldn't find my book shelves and so emailed them, and their after-sales team helped enormously. They replied to all my emails very quickly. In the end I found my shelves, and they were very helpful indeed.I have already recommended them to someone else, who will be using them soon.Thank you WECAREREMOVALS for making my move so pleasant. I wish you all the best for the future and will be using you again when I next move. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Really good. On time, clean, friendly, quick and lovely.Fabulous price and team. They helped me so much. They made moving so much easier.If I could give 10 stars I would but google only lets me give 5. I wish I could see them every week.All the best team.

Alice had done a marvelous job in getting the service arranged.The quote I was given was very competitive and policy insurance was included.The only down fall for not giving 5 star is the lack of communication. And this is not to the fault of Alice as she did try repeatedly with her manager to get the arrival time to be confirmed a day in advance.I was not given the time of arrival for the day and I had to rush to get to the delivery address.The 2 men that helped with the move were very kind and professional and helped place the furniture where we wanted.

This is a fraudulent company. They invoice under many different names, are not VAT registered, and do not have a contract upon doing business with them. When we asked them to store our items, they agreed that we would have access to our items at any time and get a key. They are no refusing this and saying we can only use them and no other removal service if we want to get our items back. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Quoted 3x price from 2 days before; too late so had to take. Different movers packing without wrapping. Stored items; returned dirty and covered in Bird Poo. Items missing too. Disgusting. Awful. Worst movers (I’ve moved a lot). Even more surprising is how they responded when i told them about the problems, just asked for justification (already sent), trying to block Trustpilot review, nasty emails and responses. They should not be in business. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM MORE BUSINESS.

This was the worse removal service I had ever come across. Very racist company. They harassed myself and my son. They took £200 deposit and came very late to remove the items. Two lazy guys came. They went around in my house. Looked at the goods and became too lazy to pick them up. We had to bring all our stuff down. After a while the guys left. They said we had been rude to them. We never said anything bad to them, just explained that they should be more professional and responsible. They unloaded my stuff in the car park. Without telling anything they left. I called the police too to inform that they took my money and didn’t return it. Alice, the person who handled this was the worse, couldn’t talk to her . It is difficult to understand what they say due to their poor communication. Just a warning to say the customers be careful with these looters!!!!

Among so many bad experiences this was the worse moving company one. At first it’s all very smooth and easy. Then the day before packing I was told that they couldn’t make the date and the only slot was after 7pm and would cost an additional £500. I had no choice so had to take it, but the staff was drunk, not briefed and barely any english. As i would find out later, some boxes had barely anything on them, so I was informed that the volume was double and I had to pay a new fee that would double the cost. They already had my things so again, no choice. They then informed me 2 days before the agreed delivery date that they had to deliver earlier, which I again had to accommodate. And at 7pm, a driver arrives but no crew. The driver was again drunk and didn’t speak any English, and informed me via google translate that he was leaving stuff on the street. I asked the office and they said the offload team was not coming and that tge parking was too far from the flat. I sent them a photo demonstrating it was less than 20 meters. After 1 hour I asked driver to offload cargo and carried it up myself. I found furniture to be damaged. A TV not working and when I asked for answers and a refund I got a few replies but nothing was done. So paid more than double initial quote, didn’t get the service I hired and nothing done by the company. Do not hire them and go straight for a professional company. They had the shameless excuse they were helping refugees from Ukraine to justify not having an english speaking person there - can you believe the shameless excuses these companies make up?
