Nail Plaza

This is an amazing salon. They have incredible staff and really go full out! They are amazing people and really make sure you get the proper service! The prices are definitely worth it. Definitely recommend and there is no doubt they will see me again! Go now!!

As I sow the store is always busy I thought is great place to done my nails but unfortunately it was the worse experience that I had after less than a week my nails paint has came off and around my nails start coming off as well unfortunately not recommended at all. Don’t waste your money

Went with a friend to get shellac manicure. They sat us apart from each other. The man who did my nails was rude, impatient and rushed the nails. I asked for something that I had seen online. He said he could do that style, but then got annoyed and said it would be easier if I just chose something from the book when we were mid way through the process.. I wanted a nude base and he chose a pink colour that I didn’t like. When I said it was too pink he got impatient, so I felt like I couldn’t argue for a different colour. I’ve not had shellac done before and he got annoyed that I didn’t know what to automatically do with the uv box or where to put my hands.. was really annoying to feel pressured and was such an unenjoyable experience. The nails are good quality but I really don’t like this pink colour.. I asked for nude and he just rushed the whole process. My friends technician spent longer on her manicure than he did on mine. The salon itself also stank of sewage.. not sure if it’s the sulphur or dodgy pipes. Either way, experience wasn’t worth £27, won’t be going back

Great place for nails and beauty treatment . Very friendly atmosphere , and the quality is good , last long time . I would highly recommend this place .

I selected Nail Plaza for my 2 year old daughter who's crazy about her nails and my choice was the best I could have for my kid. The customer experience was amazing with Hanh. My daughter enjoyed the way her nails were done with her choice of colours and stickers. I keenly look forward to getting more appointments at nail plaza to get the best looks out of our nails.

First time my nails lifted after having them like 6 days I had gel done, went in again gave them the benefit of the doubt I booked to make sure I wasn’t waiting as I had a busy day. Came in still had to sit down and wait for 25 minutes, saw one of the girls finish thought she was going to call me next but no she decided to do someone else’s nails. I asked what’s going on and was told another 5 minutes maybe so I left. Same happened to my friend last month it took 3 hours overall due to the waiting time and stopping. Don’t recommend

I came today for a pedicure. The lady who did my nails was nice enough but she cut them so short that there is raw skin exposed, causing pain. My cuticles were also cut too much and they are red raw and hurting too. I’m guessing she was new and to avoid embarrassment I just paid the full £37 and left feeling disappointed. Will not be returning unfortunately :( clearly gone downhill

Cannot believe I haven’t reviewed! Absolute best for nails and all beauty. Really nice clean space and lovely team, everyone is friendly and talented. Constantly update products and the decor and do the most amazing nail designs for really reasonable prices and they last!Beauty treatments are all amazing, wish I could afford the works every month! Have had pedicure, lash extensions and then lvl, brow wax and lamination, facial and honestly think every single service is 5 stars or more!I live and work next to lots of beauty places but drive to Twickenham especially to come here as it is so worth it ♥️

they turned out exactly how i wanted them and they look stunning, by far the best nails i’ve ever gotten done, i love them x
