Amazing experience picking out my daughters 2023 prom dress. We were made to feel so relaxed and the staff just knew what dress my daughter liked and didn’t like. They are amazing and made the experience very special. An amazing collection of beautiful gowns - all called ladies I must add!! We came away so happy with my daughters dream dress!

I bought the most beautiful dress yesterday, Hannah couldn't have been more helpful if she'd tried. I highly recommend using Ashton Rose for their huge selection of beautiful dresses but their customer service is second to none. A huge thank you from me. Clare Donegan

I have decided to write this review so that hopefully no one else has to go through the same experience that we did. When we arrived we were asked to select several dresses that we liked and told that their policy was not to sell a dress for prom if someone from the same school had already purchased one even in a different colour which we understood.So my daughter selected several dresses and we went through the process of trying them on and narrowing the selection down. Towards the end as the lady knew what my daughter liked a few more were added in to try, one of which was the dress that she then finally picked. It really suited her and she was excited to have found her prom dress. We were then allowed to take photos of her in the dress as we were purchasing it and I was handed paperwork to complete. We were then told that she would have her photo taken in front of the flower wall with the ‘I got the dress from’ sign. It had been a lovely experience up until that point. The lady then said ‘I can’t sell you that dress, someone from your school has already bought it in a different colour’, I initially thought she was joking as by this point we had been there 90 minutes, but she wasn’t.To say I was shocked and furious was an understatement, they are supposed to be a professional company and they had one rule, they should never have put the dress in front of my daughter to try if they then couldn’t sell it to us. The lady then kept trying to fob us off by saying ‘up until you tried this dress (the one she wanted) this one was your favourite do you want to try it back on’ - no we didn’t thanks! , my daughter had made her choice for them to then take it away from her. You might be reading this and thinking we all make mistakes/human error, but they had ONE RULE, ONE JOB and they couldn’t even stick to that, the dress should never have been given to us to try.All the way home my daughter was really upset and kept asking why she had shown us the dress if she couldn’t sell it. With leaving school and GCSE pressure we didn’t need this poor experience on top of everything else. We were asked to think about the other dress and then maybe pop back in a few days time. I don’t think so! Why would she want her second choice? So sadly I can’t recommend Ashton Rose after the poor unprofessional service we received - what should have been an exciting and memorable day made us both feel deflated, disappointed and upset.

The ladies at Ashton Rose were incredible with helping me find my beautiful wedding dress. My now husband and I got married on the 1st of September, and had the most perfect day, and i had countless comments to say just how beautiful my dress was. With all the Brides they encounter on a regular basis, they know too well the stress of all the planning. But honestly Ashton Rose for me, personally made the important decision of picking 'the' dress a stress free,fun experience and I cant Thank them enough. And it was a real help that they give the option of setting up a payment plan for your dress, which made it so much easier when having to budget all the wedding costs. Just wish I could find an excuse to wear it again. The biggest Thank you to these lovely ladies.

My daughter had an amazing experience choosing her perfect dress for Prom. I was really impressed with how they worked with my daughter to ensure the dress she finially chose was The One! We were made to feel very welcome and at ease. The chocolates went down a treat too!

I would have given 0 stars if possible. I was mortified and distraught when 30 minutes before my prom began my dress broke as the zipper was damaged and left my dress wide open. If I hadn't have been with a skilled seamstress I would have either not been able to attend prom or been humiliated with a poor attempt to fix it. For over £250 I did not expect to have to be sewn into my prom dress especially after staff informed me there would be quality control before I took it home. I was cut out of my dress meaning I could never wear it again. This is absolutely appalling and I expected more especially since it was non-refundable.

From going into the shop to walking down the aisle everything was fantastic. Dress was beautiful, adjustments were no problem! Hannah was amazing with me throughout!

I cannot put into words my experience today at Ashton Rose. I am so grateful to Sandra and Hannah who made my afternoon perfect. With their support , patience and expert advice I was able to choose the dress of my dreams and believe me I was spoilt for choice . These ladies are amazing , I am so happy and look forward to my special day. Thank you
