Ordered plenty of times and been spot on.Made a mistake myself with a recent delivery and after contacting them, a guy called Christopher from Web admin sorted it all out for me, including delivery of new wood and collection of the previous, at no cost to myself despite it being my mistake.Will continue using and highly recommend

Ordered items monday for delivery Wednesday, no show ! Spoken Wednesday to staff member promised lunch time Thursday still waiting at 4pm for it. Spoken to staff again was supposed to be Wednesday was moved to Thursday and I should have received a call from transport? Joke company will not use them again and after we have spent 10k with them for our extension .

Great place to go for building materials, especially for the DIYers, as all the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive.I went to the Widnes store on the very helpful advice from Wayne at the Wilson Rd site in Knowsley.I very much recommend a visit to Beesley & Fildes for all building and gardening/landscaping materials, you will not be disappointed!

Could not have had better service! One of the staff in the timber yard solved the difficulties (of my own making!) with my fencing order. He spent 40 minutes sorting out the problems and loaded up my car as well.The quality of the feather edge boards was superior to any I have seen previously.A very happy customer!!

Very professional. Adherence to covid 19 safeguards were clearly followed and adhered to. Cleaning stations and floor markers throughout. I was served by Liam, he maintained a respectful 2 metres distance throughout our interaction, he was polite and knowledgeable and made my purchase that little bit easier.
