I recently purchased a used Jaguar XE from Belfast Audi and have to say that it was the most pleasurable car purchase experience I have ever made. Was made to fell very welcome by my salesman Chris Crawford and his crew. And when collecting my car from him my wife was not only impressed with the car but also the large bunch of flowers that she received. I can highly recommend Belfast Audi and especially Chris Crawford. I will not hesitate in coming here again when I next purchase a car.

I have been dealing with Audi Belfast for several years - sales and aftersales - and am onto my third Audi vehicle. Over the years I have got to know a lot of the staff and their focus on delivering an exceptional customer service is super.I would highly recommend the dealership and Audi vehicles generally.

Outstanding Aftercare and service ,even after 16 Years

I had a very disappointing after sales service from belfast Audi. I bought a used car in around mid February. Car was not serviced before delivery and was given 1 year warranty. Yesterday before going to work in the morning the car pointed out low coolant level. I noticed coolant leaking. Because of this leakage the timing belt and water pump need to be changed. This was an existing problem and it was not checked before delivery. I went to the Belfast Audi and my car was booked in until Thursday. I was not provided with a courtesy car and now I am stranded for few days I do every day 25 miles to work up and down. Big dealer like them if an issue happens with their under warranty car than they should help their customer out. Even very small car dealers when u buy from them and any issue happens they provide a courtesy car until the issue is resolved. I have to get train to and from work. Family life and work life all disrupted. No apology made by the management. They do not MOT and service the car before delivery. Please always check the tyres as well before buying from here. I am very disappointed and will not consider any future purchases here anymore.

Why on earth does a car company have showrooms to sell cars and staff do not even greet the customer or ask if they can help. This has happened a few times now with Audi Belfast. A total disrespect to the customers. We were not the only people who were not spoken to.I can now promise that I will stick with Maserati and never ever an Audi, especially from Agnew's.

Had a great buying experience from Audi Belfast. Sales executive Ryan Todd was fantastic from initial contact to car pickup and I would recommend asking for him should you be interested in an Audi.

Always friendly Staff thst make me feel right at home. Lance Walker is so helpful has helped me few times in the Showroom & on the phone, such a Lovely Person .
