Today I was served by Kiyah @ the BOD Toolstation Store. Just as I have come to expect from this store again today I was dealt with by a very helpful store assistant. The service here really is second to none & personally would just not contemplate shopping anywhere else. Service, Quality and Price just cannot be beaten here and i look forward to every visit.

Ideal for electrical gear.Needed 8 off electrical lighting connection blocks for my new kitchen so I was suggested to come shop here by a friend. They had all I needed and for a decent price. The staff were willing to help me search for them also which was handy. I will be back here again whenever I need electrical goods.I live in Westhill so it's not exactly close by but there is a tool station at altens which is 15 minutes on the new duel carriageway. That is also a great place for electrical goods.UPDATE ## Saturday deliver went smoothly this morning as promised!!!!

I usually have great service at this store but the slim elderly lady who served me today has got a serious attitude problem. I don't mind waiting when the store is busy but she saw me waiting and then carried on putting stock away. When that happened I raised my voice a little and said hello" trying to get another team members attention. She then came to the counter and gave me abuse for calling for help. Why didn't she just aknowledge that she'd seen when she was busy. Think I'll stick to Screwfix next door. She's definitely in the wrong job and shouldn't be in a customer facing role."
