We had a total laptop failure while traveling in the Chester area. As Nantwich was the next stop on our tour, we contacted Busy-it to see if they could assist us. We deposited the failed unit with them and within a hour we had a call from Oliver to say he had fixed it and we could collect when we were ready.I take my hat off to Oliver and the team in Busy-it for the level of customer service they provided. Absolutely outstanding.My wife was so impressed she has put a link to the web site on her blog for the benefit of our fellow boaters.

I've used this shop on several occasions for repairs, consumables and a new laptop. The service is always personal and professional. More importantly, they listen to your needs and recommend products that are appropriate. It's great to have a local business that understands the importance of repeat business, and doing a great job for a fair price.

Husband and myself mid 70s called in to buy a Samsung tablet young gentleman owner was lovely to us he had lots of patience and supplied us with everything we needed will certainly recommend to anyone

I gave my pc overnight and got calls in the morning and had it sorted out within 2 days great service. fixed the broken power supply and at a good cost.

I visited this shop with a broken laptop, the man said he would take a look and so I signed to say that any data lost was not the company's fault. Fine by me. I was told the screen was broke and so I decided it not to get it repaired as it would be more sensible to buy a new laptop. Upon collecting my laptop I was told there was a £35 fee. This would have been fine if I had been told about this charge when I dropped my laptop off, written on the disclaimer i signed or even when he phone me to say the screen was damaged. After explaining I was not aware of this the guy said he would knock £10 off (after also saying a lot of people dispute the charge), after reheating this offer he let me take the laptop without paying a fee (thankyou). Later that day I got a voice mail saying he was sorry he got the charge wrong it's actually £20 pounds! The whole thing was unprofessional.

Having both Purchased a Laptop from Busy IT and had the need to avail myself of their repair service be assured that if my experience is anything to go by you will receive excellent and fair service. Extremely helpful and advice given in a manner that can be understood by one with not a high level of computer literacy .No blinding with science here. Highly recommended.

I spilt a drink on my Asus ROG and believed to be a write-off. Took it into the shop and the guy there believed it to be the same but he took a look anyway for me.By some miracle he got it working again within the week.Great service, Knowledgeable staff and overall a great shop.Thanks Oliver and Gail.
