I had one hour massage which I found to be very relaxing,. The person was very professional and explained what to expect. I will definitely go back and fully recommend her. Also good value for money.

Janet was very welcoming and extremely professional without being clinical. She filled out the necessary paperwork for me and made me feel relaxed. A good explanation was given of the process that I was about to go under. She didn’t rush anything during the massage, which helped with my relaxed state, therefore enabling me to enjoy the experience.I even got a free pen!I will certainly be returning.

Received a massage treatment for pain in my neck spreading to my shoulder limiting movement. Having had just one treatment I was free of pain and gained full range of motion and had the best nights sleep i'd had in weeks. I found the massage treatment along with mood music playing softly in the backround to be so relaxing.

I received a Reiki treatment today. This was my first ever Reiki treatment and my first treatment from Jan. The treatment lasted an hour and it was very relaxing. Music was played in the background. The treatment is to balance my chakras. Crystals were also used on me. Jan is very friendly. I was there for roughly 3 hours. We were speaking about spirituality so chakras, crystals and the spirituality programme herself and her partner teaches/practices. No rush for time. Great price - £25 for 1 hour. Roughly 8 minutes walk from Caerphilly Library. If Reiki is not your thing then massage treatments are also available.

Excellent massage. I've had frozen shoulder for a while and exercises haven't really helped so I thought I'd try a massage. After only one session my movement is noticeably better, it's not a miracle cure, but is a significant step in the right direction and I'm very pleased. Ice and exercises then return to Jan to move it along a bit further and all will be well.
