Do not go to this dealer. They took a refundable deposit from me for a car very quickly. But it’s been more than 3 weeks since I cancelled and didn’t want to go ahead with the purchase. They were happy to cancel with a promise to refund the deposit. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received the deposit despite promises and chases. The manager is always busy with clients and does not even return my calls.

We are so happy with our Qashqai e-power car. It is so great to drive, I keep thinking up reasons why we need to somewhere in the car just to enjoy the experience of driving it.We had great service from Simon and Dulce from the second we set foot into the showroom.We had visited four other brand car showrooms, and none of them offered us the friendly service like we had at Holdcroft.We went back several times, no question was too silly, the cups of coffees , the long chats, felt like we were having a chat with a friend. Fully recommend the Nissan cars, and will definitely want to go back when we want to buy a new car in four years time.

Excellent sales handling from Alfie who helped me out with trading in a Citroen with some service history issues - very reasonable price and handled entirely remotely so I didn't have to drive my old car repeatedly on long distances given the issues with it. Very accommodating and responsive - great to see that you are using non-telephone based communications when required, so much easier to just respond when I'm not in a meeting via Whatsapp - Happy owners of a second hand Leaf!
