It isn’t the first time I’ve had bubble tea. Kid you not it was the worst I’ve ever had! Recommended by the worker and a waste of £5! Gone straight down the sink. The shop also had a smell of damp!

The brown sugar bubble tea was miles better in the Manchester branch. Not sure what went wrong here. There were about 6-7 members of staff behind the counter and there were only 2 customers. Only need 2-3 staff working at any time as one takes the payment and the other makes the drinks.

5 star reviewWe ordered the brown sugar drink ,two of the mango fruit drinks and the owner gave us an extra mango drink for free. The drinks tastes amazing , you can tell they use fresh ingredients and not syrups. Would highly recommend , staff were polite and accommodating. Shame there’s not a store in Preston yet.

The BEST Bubble Tea Shop!! They use clean, fresh and high quality ingredients! All the drinks we had were so YUM! Shop is really cute. Great Customer Service too. Definitely recommend to everyone! We also had a Brown Sugar Drink which was AMAZING too! I’ve tried a lot of different Bubble Tea Shops but this is by far the BEST!

Great service from zara although I had a large order and she was by her self she served us quickly and was so sweet! Drinks were heavenly too!
