ABJ expertly solved our catering need at short notice. They met our tight schedule on a day event for 30 people, serving tasty brisket and vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free lasagnes. This met with many compliments as did 'Barry Brownies'. Rodney was friendly and courteous whilst being efficient and organised in an unknown kitchen. This alleviated any potential stress to the event hosts. Would highly recommend.

Adam and his team created a bespoke menu for our wedding that was exactly what we were after. The food was a genuine arc de triumph and a number of our friends/family commented on how delicious the food was. The tiramisu in particular was world class. Adam truly nailed it. Adam and his team, Rodney and co were amazing caterers for our wedding. In the lead up to our big day they took the time to fully understand what we needed from them. They hired 8 waiting staff, hired the items we needed and also turned our ceremony room into the reception room and then after all that back to the church ceremony room again at the end. The food was delicious and they went above and beyond to make the day perfect for us. Would highly recommend!

Adam and Rod did a fantastic job for our wedding at Willow Marsh Farm recently with food that fit the atmosphere perfectly and tasted amazing! Since we had a strong connection with Portugal we set the guys the challenge to create some Portuguese-inspired canapes and when they brought a special board out for us during the reception it was like being transported back there. For the main meal we wanted a sharing style roast to give a family atmosphere for our guests, and they delivered with massive plates of different meats which was followed by an individual trio of desserts. And then to top it off we got some rave reviews about the evening flatbreads with a lovely combination of fillings.Adam and Rod completely got what we wanted and they're super easy to get along with which just helps make everything go smoothly, supported by the team they had on the day. We had a few different requests with our cheese wedding cake and sweet chocolate cake being served exactly how we wanted it. Having the chance to tweak things after a taster in their new kitchen was also a fantastic experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending ABJ Catering to future couples or for any event catering. Rod and his team were fantastic barmen at a recent event I hosted. Rod suggested a drinks list (inc cocktails) and helped with the number of ingredients and drinks required and where to source them from. He was also able to help source them if required. He provided glasses when I needed some more. The clean up of glasses and repackaging into the boxes also really helped after the event. Many thanks!

Adam and his team catered our wedding and it was delish! We had a brisket lasagne for the main and everyone loved it. They are some of the most accommodating, kind, and servant hearted people. I couldn’t recommend them more.
