We have used The Complete Service a number of times before for various appliances in our previous property and, as usual, a prompt and professional service was provided for fixing the oven in our new property today. Very knowledgable and a quick fix. Would not hesitate to recommend.

DO NOT USE - BEWARE - COMPANY LIED IN THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW - Original review: The company quoted us to fix our washing machine, we also asked them to look at the oven in the flat upstairs(which is 8 steps from the washing machine) and they said they would have to charge a separate GBP80 call out fee - when I questioned why given the oven was 8 steps away from the washing machine, the MD came on the phone and said that he makes the rules" and said we had to accept it or they would cancel both bookings - unbelievably bad customer service. Needless to say we cancelled both bookings.RESPONSE TO COMPANY'S REPLY BELOW - We did not expect to not pay for the oven to fixed

Andy the engineer had years of experience and knew the problem with my AEG washer dryer, promptly got down to the task and fixed it. Happy with the overall service of the company, from booking to invoice, with the job done in between.
