Very pleased with new loft ladder. The service was excellent from start to finish. Ben who installed it took care in covering shoes when entering the house, was courteous, friendly and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We used this company to board our loft; installing extra insulation, lighting and a great quality ladder.The job was done to an exceptional high standard and in super speedy time, by a professional team.They have transformed our loft from a no-go area to an immaculate storage space - now I just have to remember to keep it tidy!I would highly recommend!

They boarded out my Ipswich loft and installed an expanded loft hatch and ladder. It took them 1.5 days and the guys did a great job. There were a few very minor snags afterwards involving ceiling plaster being dislodged (very small bits) and they put those right on a follow up visit. A really nice business to interact with and everyone was very pleasant. Just be aware that if you have a new loft door fitted they don’t paint it. Well recommended. Thank you.

Having had so many issues with builders my confidence is now restored after using these guys. They have been absolutely amazing. Came to quote on time. Easy to communicate with. Arrived on time as promised. Left no dirt. Made every effort and involved us where needed. The builders itself are fantastic and friendly guys. The end result is amazing. Hard to believe a scary dingy attic has been replaced now into a room which we will use as office. Thank you guys. Can’t recommend them enough.

My experience of this company was excellent. A surveyor came to our house to measure up the day after we called. The quote was sent through the same day. The team arrived the day after I called to accept the quote, insulated and boarded our loft and installed a new telescopic ladder which works really well for the space we have. The loft was clean and professionally done, they even removed an old water tank and took it away for us. All in all a fantastic service. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company , very professional so pleased with the work, I am finally able to use my loft for storage.Lights fitted and the floor strengthened and raised. They also done my mum's loft last year and done a fantastic job, great company. I will definitely recommend and use again If I want to do further works.Thank you all !

They did not show up to the appointment and did not make us aware that they were going to be late; apparently trying to call my partner, (who was at work and unable to take the call) one time was enough for them to consider it taken care of. No idea why an email was out of the question.When trying to contact them, I received a snippy email response stating that they had tried to call to let my partner know that there was a one hour delay (on our 2 hour time slot) and not an iota of an apology, at which point I cancelled the appointment and informed them we'd be looking elsewhere, to which the response was simply I'm sorry" and nothing else.No idea what the actual work is like

This is a very good company and I fully recommend them. However, due to sickness their initial quoted 2.5 days to complete my loft took over 10 days to finish. I understand certain circumstances, like sickness, are beyond control, but what I disliked was the lack of communication and customer care. But once I made the complaint they sorted themselves out.The quality of workmanship and finish is great. Absolutely wonderful job. I would certainly choose them again, without a doubt.

Ben, came over, laid down a dust mat all the way up the stairs, and quickly assessed the hatched. I wanted the ladder to be orientated a certain way which he happily executed. Within an hour he was done. He demonstrated the hatch and ladder. I have bad arthritis but i was able to get up and down with minimal effort. Ben took his time and explained the 'nacks' on how to work the hatch and ladder. I'm very happy with the result
