Called Sanderson Roofing during the recent heavy rain as I had two leaks around soil pipes in my roof. Stuart advised he might not be able to make it that day and did call back early enough to confirm this. He arranged an alternative time and contacted me 30 mins prior to arriving. Once on site he was polite and explained the issue and what he could do to resolve it. He was very professional and his work was high quality. I would recommend.

Stuart inspired confidence when I first called him and again when he came to scope the work. He responded quickly with a quote and got to work as soon as there was a break in the weather.He did a really good job, with an eye for detail and a smart finish.I will certainly use Stuart again.Happiness is a waterproof roof.

Stuart and his team were prompt, professional and did a great job. They clearly explained each of their recommendations and were able to carry out the work soon after the quote (weather permitting!) Stuart and his team were very professional and did a great job. Stuart was involved since we put an offer to our current house. He assessed carefully the issues, provided his recommendations and quotation. After we bought the property they completed the job as agreed. We didn’t feel need of getting in touch with another roofer. We also had solar panels installed and Stuart kindly returned to check the roof and identified some issues which were sorted later by the company installed the panels. Very professionally carried out a complete roof tile replacement in very cold weather in time and on budget.Went the extra mile to include additional requirements while access to roof was still available. Kept site and working area as clean as possible throughout. Kept us informed of progress and timing at every stage.We can’t praise or recommend them enough .

We needed a replacement for a very old and tired flat roof, and called SR for a quotation.Stuart gave us a very prompt and acceptable price and we asked him to go ahead as soon as he could fit the job in.The start of the work coincided with the start of the lockdown but, as the work was conducted outside the house, with little risk of any spread of the infection, he and his assistant came to carry out the work.Because things are never that easy, the work uncovered another problem (not caused by Stuart), and because building work was quickly grinding to a halt, we feared that we would have to live with the problem until ... well, until when?Stuart was not ready to leave us with a potentially draughty and leaky house for the indeterminable future, so he organised and carried out the additional work, with the help of a plasterer whom he knew. The house was back in one piece in quick time.I cannot praise Stuart highly enough for the professional approach he took to the job, and for the quality of his work.Once 'this lot' is over we look forward to his returning to carry out another roofing job for us,
