Honestly, it's the best phone shop in Leicester. I personally have bought a countless number of electrical items from them (phones, watches, ipads, tablets, laptops) as well as had a lot of products repaired. The customer service is great, and turnaround times are perfect. The jobs are always done right the first time, no matter whatever needs to be done. I highly recommend going to Phone Nation!

Very friendly staff, repaired my cracked phone screen quickly. However the sound does not work now but he said its not a problem they will sort it out again for us. I would definitely recommend this place

AVOID THIS PLACE! I took my laptop there for a screen replacement as it accidentally cracked. They said they would repair it, once repaired i got a call to collect which i did. The laptop at the time looked repaired and powered up fine, i paid them and took it home to realise the whole laptop wouldnt power up at all. I contacted them to rectify the issue as my laptop was fine for the past 5 years of owning it, the day they fixed the screen is the same day this haopens, so this is no coincidence. They refused to look at my laptop let alone rectift thier error, i even said i would cover additional costs. They still refused to look at it. To confirm i took my laptop which now didnt even power up to a different repir shop, and after checking it he advised me the screen they had replaced in my laptop was fake and caused the laptop to short circuit ands burn all components and the motherboard. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIRS AS THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND SCUMBAGS.AVOID!!!!!!!!
