Disgusted by the selfishness of staff here. It is a cold day, yes - but their decision to turn off the automatic door is too the detriment of the many disabled and elderly customers that have the misfortune to use the place. I was there for about ten minutes I and other customers had to push a heavy door to help people in on four occasions. When I mentioned this to a wholly disinterested member of staff she said they tried to open the door when they could, which simply isn't true. There are a number of other pharmacies nearby that offer great service - and don't rely on their proximity to a medical centre to be so unfocused on their customers (especially those in most need of help).

Rude and unhelpful staff!I booked to have my 2nd jab on the NHS website being responsible and safe. It was booked for the pharmacy next door Brennans. The pharmacy told me that I need to go next door to this medical centre. I waited in line and when came available I went up to the glass to speak to the assistant. She ignored me for 20 seconds and eventually said can i help. I told her I have come for my vaccination and she asked if I was registered here. i said no. She told me to phone a number and go over there...away from here basically. I tried the number she suggested but there was no real people to speak too.It turns out the error is in the NHS website as they're directing people here rather thank Ibstock.I would also add the place was empty so why they couldn't have given me the jab whilst I was thereis beyond any common sense!M experience at this medical practice makes me relieved that I am not infact registered!!

Fast doorstep delivery, friendly staff, good service all round

Terrible rude service from 1 lady in particular, could not get her name as she had no badge on, she is constantly rude to most people, she should certainly not be in a customer facing role let alone a pharmacy, whilst i was waiting she was also extremely rude to a pregnant lady, i do not like to leave bad reviews but as this has happened on a few occasions i feel the company need to know.

The responsible Pharmacist is totally unhelpful and unreasonable, and I'm quoting my GP and another Pharmacist. Not only was his actions awful but, also, his work practices WRONG. Again I'm quoting a GP and another qualified Pharmacist. Don't go here!!!

4 days for them to process a prescription for important medication is unacceptable. Walk in with a prescription they will dispense same day. Yet a prescription sent electronically takes 4 days. Avoid at all cost if you need daily medication.

I wish I could give it a 0 star review, but that's obviously not possible. Me and my brother went there together, after walking all the way from Fosse Road North and we were met with so many unfriendly faces. We weren't even allowed to say what we came there to purchase, or to even state our business, before we were rudely turned out, for no absolute reason. It's a shame that people in this day and age still treat others like this. Overall we were turned out and weren't allowed to even state what we came for. What if it had been a life or death emergency? The manner in which we were even told was so poor and uninviting. The lady there met us with such a frown on her face, that it would seem that she only had that frown on when she saw us approaching and turned us away. I highly doubt that we'll EVER go there again, and this is for the purpose of others who wouldn't want to be treated the same way.

A nice pharmacy with friendly staff parking is available on site if not you can park on the street if only going to be a few mins.
