Absolutely love this location. I rotate sites for work and I make sure that any time I'm over here I stop in. Today the manager was so kind as I was 30p short and somehow managed to forget my wallet at home, something I never do normally. I was mortified and she, and the cashier who took my order, were super friendly and understanding. I've never had a bad experience here and my food is always hot. They make my morning every time I'm in. So, super big thank you and shout out from the silly shy American guy who was internally dying from embarrassment today haha. I hope they get some well deserved recognition for their quick thinking and outstanding customer service. :)

The hosts do not respect tourists and do not accept any requests from us, in short, they ignore us

Had a lovely experience here on Sunday evening . I’m a stressed out mother of 3 and manage to drop all my Asda shopping from my bag this very pretty lady in a head scarf offered to helped me as I was struggling. Couldn’t catch her name. Most polite staff ever . Definitely will be back!

Worst Greggs I’ve been to. I asked to scan my rewards app and Fred quite bluntly advised that this wasn’t possible as he had already skipped past it on the till. When I asked him to void it he was very rude and told me it was my responsibility to remind him! The manager eventually resolved this but there was no apology… terrible experience!

I am NOT the type of person to leave reviews but my experience here Tuesday morning was awful. The slowest service I have ever seen and two older ladies holding the queue and yapping about their life stories to us. I received the wrong order and food was RAW . I didn’t have time to get a refund as I already waited 10 mins in the queue. Atrocious. Worst greggs ever won’t be back.

absolutely awful experience here, did not enjoy it one bit. was served by some fat white lady who was so unpleasant. kept making stupid jokes with her colleague whilst ignoring me. When she did address me, she had such a huge attitude and rolled her eyes more than once. need better staff training, quite unhappy.
