Solis Laundrette London

Service wash is good. Staff are friendly. The phone number on the Google Listing doesn't work so you can't call them. It'll be good if they could stay open for 10-15 minutes more, than shut at 8pm sharp. Old fashioned laundrette. Its like going back in time! I've been here 4 times and each time I go there, there's a different member of staff. Haven't had a negative experience and they always do a good job.

Good laundry service. Only cost us £13 to have a bag of laundry washed, dried, and folded. Saved us a lot of time/trouble on our vacation.

It’s a laundromat. It gets the job done and is a straightforward experience, not complicated at all. Locals come here so that is always a good sign. A nice slice of daily life to be a part of. Not busy before 11am.

A disappointing and run down launderette. The washers are approaching end-of-life. Some have passed beyond and live on in a state of cursed undeath. Much like an old man in the nursing home has a page long list of medications required to keep the hand of death at bay, each machine has one or more notes attached explaining what tricks are required to keep it running well past it's natural lifespan. Perhaps the washers are not meant to serve a practical purpose but a philosophical one as solem reminders of the passage of time and the inevitable decline that awaits us all.The staff somehow both give off an air of disinterest yet are also keen to micromanage exactly how you use the equipment. The heating effect of the dryers is mixed - one had a similar effect to going for a run and then breathing heavily on your laundry. I saw an enterprising customer re-attaching the rubber sealing on another.

Kind, helpful and friendly staff. The cost for washers and dryers is fair, and the place is clean and well run.

Very nice and helpful staff - Ann. She has different options for washing powder which is super great for tourists like me. 6 pounds for washing machine, 0.5 pound for washing powder, 3 pounds for drier (depends on number of cycles that it will take to dry your clothes, I took 3). We had a very nice talk with Ann when we were waiting for our clothes to dry. Thanks! Definitely recommend this laundry.

Solis Laundrette in London is a great place to do your laundry, and my recent experience there was made even better by the kind and caring lady who helped me out.When I first walked into the laundromat, I noticed the lady behind the counter who appeared unapproachable and stern. However, as I started washing my laundry, she began to make conversation with me and was surprisingly friendly and caring. She helped me with the machines and was patient with my questions, making the whole laundry process much more pleasant.What really stood out to me was the way she responded to a customer who left their baby outside the laundromat. The lady was understandably upset and concerned for the baby's safety, which showed that she was a truly caring person who looked out for the well-being of others.Throughout my time at Solis Laundrette, the lady was always present and attentive to the needs of her customers. Even though the laundromat was busy, she remained calm and collected, and helped out wherever she could.The facilities at Solis Laundrette were great. The machines are efficient. The prices are reasonable and the location is convenient, making it a great choice for those in the area.Overall, my experience at Solis Laundrette in London was excellent. The lady who helped me out was initially unapproachable, but after having conversations with her while washing my laundry, I found her to be a kind and caring person.
