I met Bill (Flateau) when he arrived to value my flat as I was considering selling and going into a retirement property. I was extremely impressed with Bill, by his dress, manner and extremely pleasant way of talking to me, explaining thoroughly the market and the pros and cons of buying/selling. Nothing was too much trouble. He was not hurried and I could tell straight away that he knew what he was talking about. Really I have bought and sold quite a few times but this is the first time that I thought the Agent was really interested and understood my plight of not really knowing what to do about selling/buying. I did once have a bad experience with Haart (quite a few miles away from here) but Bill completely changed my mind. I would now, because of Bill Flateau recommend Haart to anyone I know who asked for a decent Agent. He was a great advert for your company.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the Haart team for all the work they have done regarding the sale of my Mothers house. From the initial valuation all the way through to sale has been completely seamless, and they have been a fantastic help all the way through, constantly communicating on all aspects of the sale right the way through to completion. It is a more complicated process when you are selling somebody else's property but the help and advice i have received has been first class, even down to recommending a solicitor to deal with the sale.
