Honestly they are absolutely amazing!!! Both Annie and Tam found us tenants in time despite being let down the first time. Despite all the different agencies we went at first in the end Firmin & Co Lettings tried the hardest, can say are definitely the best by far in Peterborough. A massive thank you to Tam and Annie for their help with finding me a tenant in two days!!! After a less than positive experience with another local agent, I was almost at the point of giving up but decided to try Firmin & Co after Annie had called round one day and asked if I needed help with renting my property.
