unfortunately I have to give them 1 star never use them againbetween two mots on the same car in the space of 2 weeks I had to different list for work not happy the out come took it to a different mot center not even half the issues was on the list

The rudest most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with .Will not acknowledge when then are liable. JEFFREY GRAY the managing Director takes ages to reply to emails and does read them correctly, nor reply with any professionalism. It is concerning that they have a complete disregard and lack of knowledge around consumer rights.(THIS IS NOT OVER AND I WILL BE RAISING A CASE WITH THE motor ombudsman ONCE 8 WEEKS HAVE PASSED )This review will be updated once resolved

I have only had tyre changes and puncture repairs here, so I can't comment on MOTs etc.The tyre prices are the best I can find for my car. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have been honest with me when asking about the need to change a tyre...I was expecting them to say I did to get a sale, but I was told I was good for a while. They advised me on disk pads wearing down, but didn't hard sale me to get the job done with them.Tyre changes are quick, but you may have to wait if busy. I would advise to call ahead to check your tyre sizes are in stock. Most common sizes are, but worth a check.

I had new tyres fitted on Saturday, 2 days later I noticed a strange noise from one of the wheels. Good I stopped because I nearly lost it as the bolts haven't been tightened properly, I could turn them with my fingers. Absolutely shocked that this could happen.

Just had my window mechanism replaced. Very efficient service, very helpful and accommodating with the times they could investigate the work and then complete the work. I would definitely recommend the Cwmbran branch and will continue using them as the staff I encountered are genuine and the prices very competitive.

I just went to the garage for advice only to end up having 3 mechanics helping to resolve my issue, cracking staff and I'm not sure about the other less than good reviews, all I experienced was exceptional customer service, Keep it up lads
