What fantastic service and professional support from Ian Macklin and team in helping us complete our house sale after 17 years in Timperley Green.Clearly the ‘go to’ Estate Agent for knowledge, insights and valuations in and around Timperley; evidenced by them securing in excess of our target price, cajoling the solicitors along on our behalf, juggling along the chain and keeping us informed. Suzanne, in particular, went above and beyond to smooth the natural hiccups of our house sale process.Absolutely delighted that what Rob promised when he first came to value our house was delivered throughout all interactions by him and his team.One of my better decisions in life was to go with Ian Macklin!!

Unfortunately i did not had a good experience.For a property in Park Cl Timperley WA14 5AG, i placed an offer of 250,000 and showed all the proofs of funds, but later after 3 months found out it is sold for much lesser price at 235,000. I am not in chain as well, so very surprised by this.

Rude staff when making enquiriesThis has now significantly put me off one of your listed properties and I will now take my business elsewhere.A female on the phone had a abrupt manner and lacked customer service skills as if she did not know which property I was enquiring about which is clearly marketed on the website

Do not use this estate agent if possible, they offered no support to us as first time buyers and they were only interested in making the most amount of commission for themselves. Nothing but false hope in order to make themselves more money.
