I met Monika at a time where I really needed clarity. Other people had tried to help but Monika's approach was different. She was very professional and knew exactly what to say. Long story short, she took me from a place of confusion to a place of absolute clarity and focus. After our time together, I knew exactly how to proceed and the next steps to take. For as long as I can remember I have been a person who has suffered with depression or self esteem etc. Around the time that I had met Monika i had just got promoted at work, just got married and felt all of this pressure mounting on top of me and needed help. I still remember when we first started talking and how she made feel at ease. She asked if I knew anything about chakras and reiki and though I had heard of them wasn't sure how it would work in my situation. Two days later i decided to give her services a try. I live in NY and was wondering how distance healing would work being that we are so far away. I laid down in my bed and closed my eyes and breated deeply and all of a sudden I felt this wave of energy flow through me. She advised that i should do at least three sessions to see results and in my second session alot of things that had not come to surface had come up and I was very emotional about it. After my third session I really felt centered and more confident in myself. I have recently decided from doing my sessions with Monika that I wanted to learn how to do reiki myself. I was recently attuned and Monika was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining how to go about performing it on myself and also on others. In the 3 years of working with Monika my life has only gotten better and I would recommend anybody looking to live in peace of mind body and soul to use her services!!!

I have had 6 reiki sessions with Monika at Divine Health.I have always been interested in understanding healing through reiki and chakra balancing but never fully understood how it works. I put my faith in Monika in these sessions and I want to share what an incredible experience I’ve had.I don’t usually take time to write reviews but this one is very important to me.At the start of my session we went through my issues, concerns, my chakras, the meanings behind any that she felt were not balanced. We then did a 40 minute treatment. No word of a lie, after my second session I started to get better sleep and I suffer from insomnia.By session 6 I was able to use my reiki sessions to switch off, meditate and I felt a new sense of relaxation like never before.For any of you who worry you won’t be able to switch off, there is a package which includes a head massage at the start of the session!This is a must try.Thanks

I started to see Monika due to feeling confused with my life. I felt that I had no direction/ goals and didn’t know where else to turn to for support with this. I spoke with Monika and she advised that a combination of reiki sessions & techniques would be beneficial. When I first met Monika she was so lovely and welcoming, really put me at ease and explained what reiki was really clearly, so I fully understood & the benefits I would get from this. I was really optimistic about this, but at the same time a little sceptical as I’d never heard of this and never tried before, so was interested to see what benefit this may bring me. At about session 4 I started to realise more of a focus in what I wanted moving forward.Coming towards the end of my sessions, and I feel focused, more peaceful and confident in myself than when I first stated. Would recommend to friends and family.

I joined The Secret Behind Manifestations" workshop delivered by Monika. I was very intrigued and the things that Monika said made sense.I have had a couple of sessions with Monika now and already feel more positive and balanced. I have Reiki sessions with Monika to help me to manage anxiety, and to feel more confident. The combination of Monika's cheerful enthusiasm and positivity, and the soothing and relaxing Reiki provide a welcome hour of peace and reflection in a busy working week.
