We paid premium membership fee (5k+VAT) and could not see any result.

I would give a negative rating if I were able to. Scam company who took lots of fees from me and do very little to get a penny from the actual debtor. Refuse to provide any customer service regardless of the sums I paid and the sums they are apparently trying to recover from a debtor for me. The few times I have managed to speak to anyone - they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They use an online system to provide 'updates' which are one and the same for months on end with no indication of what steps they will take or what more can be done. DO NOT USE this company.

Used these for the first time to recover outstanding bakance from a client i had done building works for. Two days after i contacted cobra with the details the balance was paid in full. Many thanks and will use you in the future. No hesitation.

Con artists, scam company! Shown that is was a fraudulent account created and they’re still chasing payment. If they come to your house just call 999 and have these fools removed.

We are very disappointed with Cobra service. 4 years ago we paid Cobra premium fee to recover our money from a cowboy builder. Promises from Cobra were very convincing, how they can recover the money fast and resolve the problem. To be honest, over these past 4 years, nothing has been done, apart from a few attempts to visit the debtor. They couldn't even find where the builder lived. We gave Cobra even more information than they ever gave us. Believing and trusting Cobra our financial hole become even bigger.
