Morden Costa is very busy, sometimes too crowded. Service is adequate and could be more friendly. Food is so so.

The iced mocha was absolutely delicious! The kind young lady who served me was very kind and made me feel welcomed. It was the kind of service you like to see when you are traveling abroad.

Had a nice cup of coffee at Costa in Morden. The staff was polite too. However, they didn't have baked items like croissants to go with the coffee.Nice ambience. Sit-in recommended.

A really lovely branch of Costa. Staff are quick and efficient and I can tell there are plenty of repeat regulars. Warm atmosphere, comfy and music not too loud. Recommend choc tiffin, bacon baps, sausage baps and best mochas.

Nice place. It has a separate room in the back and a terrace with 5 tables. The reason for the 4 stars was that only one member of staff served us. She was really nice and did not lose any time but the management has to stop being stingy with staff in a place where the coffee costs over 3 pounds.

Very very disappointed ☹️ I'm a regular customer in this Costa but today it disappointed me so much as the shop is close at 8pm but they cleaned the toilet at 5:48 pm and the lady was saying we cannot use it anymore because she just done with the cleaning and going to lock the toilet door , even they cant use it anymore for today ....:) Which I find ridiculous , I worked in Costa before and in other coffee shops ,they just lazy to clean it again . Someone should check up on them and give a new training for the staff , it really needed.
