Bosch Service Reading - Automotive Engineers

I had an accident and the whole passenger side was in a bad state. My insurance booked me with Bosch Service even though it was a bit far for me. Initially I wasn't happy about the distance but Bosch arranged for collection and delivery free of charge. The overall experience I had was very good. They were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. When they delivered my car, it looked better than it was before the accident. Would highly recommend Bosch Service.

Second time using them and they’re brilliant. Know their stuff and diagnose issues quickly. I took my BMW in a couple of years ago for some warranty work through car giant and these guys didn’t let me do anything at all and dealt with everything efficiently. Now I’ve taken my car privately for a full service and diagnostic and they were very knowledgeable.

I would not recommend using this garage, bought 2 tyres from asda and wheel alignment and sent me to this garage, 2 and a half hours it took to fit 2 tyres which left me no time to do wheel alignment which I had to go back, went back for 1 hour slot which they had my wife waiting an hour only to tell her they could not do it that we would have to come back a 3rd time. What a clusterfxxk of a place.My review is not justified ? I was their 15 minutes early at 13:45 to fit 2 tyres and you came out and told me at 15:50 your just putting the wheels on ready for wheel allignment ! Over 2 hours to fit 2 tyres is ridiculous, just a cowboy outfit and i think my review is justified when you give out false information and advertisement. I see you do a lot of defending yourself against bad reviews but never sympathise with the customers and the issues caused by your garage, me twice and their wont be a 3rd time.

Although tires came from ASDA, they were very dirty and 2 years old. The wait was very unprofessional, taking 2 hours for a single tire with barely any load on them. They broke the tyre pressure monitor/sensor and scratched the rim of my Mercedes :(

Great service and communication throughout from the garage. They took care of some bodywork and a respect for my car following a scrape with a white van man. They kept me up to date throughout and even when my insurance company were being less than average, they stepped in and helped me. A+ Thank you!

As a first time car owner I never thought repairs will be made easy. Professional and caring staff and timely update regarding repairs. Luckily I have maintenance warranty by third party but the staff members took care of contacting the warranty provider and approval. I think I have found my go to service centre for everything.

After my accident the garage looked after me well.Very good service and they went above and beyond to get my car through it's MOT.pleased report my car is running very well as expected. Thankyou.

My car's -BMW - front bumper got damaged slightly, so I booked to get my bumper repainted, fixed, and serviced. They told me it would take 3 days. I gave my car in today, and they called me this afternoon to tell me that my car had an excessive oil leak. My car has never had an oil leak, and it certainly did not have one this morning before I gave it in. They returned it back to me, having apparently 'serviced it' and not having completed the other requests I had booked them for. When I looked underneath my car, I saw that there was a huge pool of oil. I will never have my car serviced here again. I just lost £200 for nothing. Those who do go here, be warned, it's a risk I will not be taking again.

I had an accident and my insurers sent the car to Bosch Services Reading. Ĵust recently, I noticed a minor fault with one of the repairs. I got in touch, they collected the car, fixed the issue under their warranty arrangements and returned it to me the same day. Excellent service and communication from Yogi and Ali. Thank you gents.
